8 / 10.0 - Runner3
May 31, 2018

I would generally consider runner games to be a poor choice of port to pick up on a fully fledged console. After all, infinite runners practically choked mobile app stores at one time. Runner 3 is, however, an entirely different type of experience.

Death Road to Canada is another in a long line of solid indie titles on the Switch. Great fun on the go, loads of replay value, and lots of fun as a 2-player co-op game

6 / 10.0 - Suicide Guy
May 30, 2018

Suicide Guy is an attempt to do something different but ultimately fails to be much more than a mild distraction from the gent in the seat two rows back that we call Thundersnore.

If you're a Little Witch Academia fan, you may enjoy it even if for the nostalgia. If not, I'm not too sure you'll enjoy it much. I find it pretty hard to think platform fighter fans would jump into this game and find it fun. It's very aimed at the fans of the anime and I can see that the developers hoped that simple fact would draw in the sales numbers.

9 / 10.0 - N++
May 23, 2018

N++ is an excellent physics-based platformer that demands you develop your skills to overcome its challenges. The art style may not be for everybody but its hundreds of included levels and countless hours of community content make it an excellent investment.

9.8 / 10.0 - Gorogoa
May 23, 2018

You will be hard-pressed to find a puzzling game more beautifully crafted as Gorogoa. Everything from its music to the hand-drawn puzzle frames ignites the imagination to keep search and digging for more. Even with its short length, Gorogoa is a satisfying game. It is also an exercise in asking questions about our own devotion and the lengths that we might go to in order to connect with the divine.

At the end of the day, Baobabs Mausoleum is an odd trip down memory lane. It contains elements of classic titles presented in a way that makes sense within the genre

Disco Dodgeball Remix is a fun and competitive multiplayer game. In my opinion, it takes some skill to get very good at it to which I can say I need more practice.

2 / 10.0 - Wild West Online
May 23, 2018

Overall Wild West Online in its current state does not offer anything worth spending at its full asking price for. The player number seems to continue to drop and while the dev team continues to patch the game, it could be too little too late. A game that should be in Beta, is instead in full release.

7.5 / 10.0 - Ancestors Legacy
May 23, 2018

Ancestors Legacy is a great new take on the RTS genre. While it has it's flaws, it's a breath of fresh air to a stagnant genre of games. It's laid back approach to real time strategy games allows more access to more players without causing too much effort to learn the game. Overall it's a great time!

Happy Birthday's takes a simple idea, decorates itself with some adorable aesthetics, and somehow manages to weaves together a multitude of different genres. It is an enigmatic experience that can't be categorized, and that is its appeal. If you want something different then this is definitely for you.

Jurassic World Evolution is a simply gorgeous and robust game. This multilayered gameplay experience takes place in a beautifully crafted world with lush terrain, changing weather patterns, and an incredible amount of control. Even the musical score awakens that sense of wonder and the gravity of what you are doing - you get to run Jurassic World! It is an outlier in the long line of movie-based video games, standing as a beacon of hope that it is possible for them to actually be good while staying true to their source material.

9 / 10.0 - The Banner Saga

The negatives aren't that big of a negative for me, however, I do love role-playing games where you actually control your character and can move freely around the map. This game is one of the best tactics rpgs I have played in my life. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to try it out whether you get it for Switch or not.

The puzzles, while not all of them were hard, they were intriguing and fun. As a person who loves mythology, I thoroughly enjoyed the maze puzzle. There are plenty of things I would have done differently but the fun of the game is to progress even when you fail. I'm looking forward to the next episode when it releases. How did yours end? Did you enjoy any of the puzzles? Let me know that and your thoughts on this episode down below.
