5.5 / 10.0 - Argo
Jul 20, 2017

Argo could be considered as an unfair duplicate of the Arma series, especially the thrid one, which has the intention of earning others satisfaction but unfortunately, because of its endless limitations, lack of proper music, bugs and etc, this didn't workout as the developers expected and the result was the players and of course, reviewers anger towards them. Although we might also consider that Argo is a F2P game which means there is no evidence of transactions which makes it a descent once in a while try for those who seek a first-person tactical game without any payments.

Crash Bandicoot: N. Sance Trilogy presents us 3 games of the original series with a much better visuals, graphics and of course, price. Although each version has it's own issues in the gameplay which are quite evident, but none can stop the players from drowning into it's endless enternainments.

Given that the computer port has many problems, the game itself is of great value. Despite of its average graphics, The King of Fighters XIV is one of the best recent fighting games because of a huge roster, numerous playable modes and a fantastic gameplay

If you're a fan of the original film series of Reservoir Dogs, then let me set you straight, go and play something better. And if by the chance you have not seen the movie till now, then I'll highly recommend you to watch as soon as you can. And I'm warning you, do NOT ever think of playing Bloody Days

8.5 / 10.0 - Endless Space 2
Jun 21, 2017

In overall, "Endless Space 2" has become a successful game for it's creators and has put it's players in a strategic field by mixing 4 elements of strategy consisting of: Discovering, Developing, Exploiting and Ruining. Keeping tactical challenges alongside various missions and a powerful narration has caused it's players to feel more adventurous and overcome their fears by exploring more the galaxy awaiting them. Without any doubts, Endless Space 2 could be the flagship of the 4X space sci-fi games that challenges the mind about tactics and politics and only the best, the most skilled and the true strategic players are capable of beating it.

8 / 10.0 - Tekken 7
Jun 9, 2017

In a nutshell, Tekken 7 is one of the best fighting games that one can afford to buy, although its many parts consisting of its offline or online content are kinda semi-finished and thats a bit awkward since they had a lot of time after its release on the Arcade. But in overall, Tekken 7 is a sweet experience, even if not the best but still worth a while

8.5 / 10.0 - RiME
Jun 9, 2017

Rime tells an impactful story with an engaging and smart narrative. While the gameplay isn't as admirable as its other aspects, thanks to its fantastic art design and amazing music, Rime creates an experience that  you want to start it again after the credit roll.

7 / 10.0 - Pox Nora
Jun 2, 2017

All in all "Pox Nora" gives a dynamic and detailed environment which sets for exhilarating combat and enjoyable gameplay with different races and units with unique abilities. It's a great catch for people who enjoy strategy online multiplayer games though inexperienced players may struggle with the complicated UI

9.5 / 10.0 - Injustice 2
Jun 1, 2017

Injustice 2 is a combination of the core gameplay NetherRealm always nails and some novel ideas that mix really well. Let's put aside the giant leap the studio has taken, each part of the game is so deep and done so well that lets you dive in within seconds and spend hours with it. It doesn't matter if you're not a comic book guy (or girl!), You don't like Mortal Kombat or you just hate fighting games. Injustice 2 is an experience that you won't regret.

Skylar & Plux: Adventure on Clover Island is an acceptable experience in it's own genre, while some of it's parts are flawless and lived up to the standards of a big game, some of it's elements like the narration or it's action are way too simple and basic. But in overall, this game'd be an sweet playthrough for those who love adventurous games like Ratchet and Clank, especially for children and little ones.

4 / 10.0 - Captain Kaon
May 27, 2017

"Captain Koan" doesn't ruin those sweet childhood memories. In fact it's not on the same level. The annoying music (which becomes ridiculous with some 80s sci fi effects) in addition to poor level design, idiotic control and the monotonous flow are just a couple of faults the game has. For a short experience, Captain Koan might bring back childhood memories and for a small breathing time among the many titles coming out.

Dreamfall Chapters is not a perfect shot. It has a descent story, a proper narration, memorable characters but it's gameplay issues and technical problems lessens it's value. Even so, this game is a proper experience more or less, even for those who are new to adventure games.

6 / 10.0 - The Surge
May 20, 2017

"The Surge" is basically "Lords of the Fallen" with a different sci fi look. It's got a nice rpg system and environmenta with depth and high playability. But its biggest problem is that it's just a copy cat of eveything Souls did, and not a good one. It's impossibly hard and the combat is not to the high standard of Souls. So across the many great games released this year,I don't recommend  "The Surge" unless you enjoyed "Lords of the Fallen" and the experience it brought

With its story, setting and the choice and consequence, "Torment" could've been one of the best games of 2017 but its weak combat system diminishes it to just good. Though if you're a fan of RPGs and you don't have a problem reading long texts, it's an experience you can't miss

5.5 / 10.0 - Prey
May 13, 2017

At the opposite end of all the innovative ideas in Prey 2006, What hurts this game so deeply (besides combat of course!) is that it tries so hard to pack everything in one game: Bioshock's narrative and atmosphere, Dishonored's gameplay and mechanichs and a System Shock-esque setting. Prey is neither of those games; it can't even set its fundumental ideas correctly and the flaws in narrative (if there is any!) turn Prey into one of the thousands of mediocre games out there

In the end Dawn of War III is a proper 8th generation strategic package, although its affords to bring back the original RTS experience from the original DoW were not entirely useful. Its combat is satisfying and dynamic but unfortunately because of its small issues and wrong decisions of the dev's, DoW III didn't become what it was supposed to, a perfect RTS experience
