In the case of NHL 20, there are enough new features to recommend it for longtime fans and a ton to do for anyone who has lapsed for multiple seasons. Whatever NHL 21 has in store for the next PlayStation and Xbox machines will be flashier, but it probably won't be better than this right away.

Blasphemous requires a lot of patience and practice because you have to get really good at the combat. If you like challenging platformers, then this a must-have due to its unique story and art style. However, it may not be for everyone due to its steep difficulty and focus on constant death.

Unless you simply don't like roguelike games, you should absolutely pick yourself up Children of Morta and experience it for yourself. You won't regret a second of your time with it.

Considering the fact that the game only costs $20, it represents astonishing value because it'll take you dozens of hours to complete and features a lot of replayability. Just don't expect the best story.

The problems that I brought up prevent Blair Witch from being truly excellent, but Bullet's glitchy moments and the performance issues are things that the developer can hopefully improve with an update, making a great game even better. Even as it is, though, I still highly recommend Blair Witch if you're a fan of horror titles.

Age of Wonders: Planetfall's strategy aspect is lacking. Despite that, the incredible tactical combat gameplay makes up for it, making the full experience enjoyable overall.

Ultimately, Wolfenstein: Youngblood feels more like the product of a shareholder meeting, where non-gamers pushed this idea of turning Wolfenstein into a quasi service-type loot shooter, only without loot.
