3 / 10.0 - SolSeraph
Jul 20, 2019

A big waste of time for both developers and players. Not a good spiritual successor to ActRaiser, not a decent god simulator — almost everything about this is worse than mediocre.

Super Mario Maker 2 is a great tool for the creative people and fans of the Super Mario series. This game is good looking, has tons of content and almost infinite replayability.

7 / 10.0 - Sea of Solitude
Jul 13, 2019

A beautiful adventure without cryptic metaphors, but it suffers from mediocre gameplay and poor voice acting.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled manages to keep all the elements that made an original game so fun to play. Even 20 years after its release, CTR is still a great racing game, and Nitro-Fueled is a nice present for the fans of Crash Bandicoot.

8 / 10.0 - My Friend Pedro
Jul 6, 2019

My Friend Pedro has its flaws, but the gunplay here is freaking amazing.

Igarashi delivered exactly what his fans wanted — an incredible game which is one of the best metroidvanias out there.

7 / 10.0 - The Sinking City
Jun 29, 2019

The Sinking City feels like a victim of low budget. There's solid core gameplay (except terrible shooting), interesting story, and the feeling that it could have been be so much more.

9 / 10.0 - Judgment
Jun 22, 2019

Even though this is not a Yakuza game and we are still running around same old Kamurocho, Judgment still is a fantastic game with an exciting story. Thanks to new gameplay mechanics and some interesting ideas, the game feels fresh and will appeal to both Yakuza veterans and the new audience.

Warhammer: Chaosbane has a solid gameplay core, but that's not enough to become an interesting game.

7 / 10.0 - Observation
Jun 9, 2019

When the game gives you clear instructions and doesn't force you to solve primitive puzzles, it's great. Unfortunately, it happens not as often as you'd hope.

6 / 10.0 - Void Bastards
Jun 9, 2019

Void Bastards during first 2 to 3 hours looks like a great roguelike-shooter mix, but then all great ideas are killed by repetitive gameplay and lack of the content.

Unscored - Pathologic 2
Jun 2, 2019

Sometimes mockingly difficult, sometimes archaic, full of charm (both negative and positive), extremely atmospheric and very deep, Pathologic 2 can be included in the compulsory program on acquaintance with games as art objects. It is the only one. Now in two faces.

6.5 / 10.0 - Layers of Fear 2
Jun 1, 2019

Layers of Fear 2 is a boring game to play with questionable narrative. But it has so many absolutely beautiful scenes around every corner that you should see it for yourself.

A great arcade racing game. Unfortunately, it's not better than Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, despite some original ideas.

The best Avalanche Studios game so far, but still a mediocre experience.

Unscored - Rise of Industry
May 19, 2019

Rise of Industry has an immense depth, elaborate mechanics and pretty graphics. But right now it looks like Dapper Penguin Studios made the game for themselves, not for the players: entry threshold is way too high, and there's many non-obvious elements in game mechanics. Right now Rise of Industry is not a bad game, but there's certainly a room for improvement.

Tales of the Neon Sea could've been a great cyberpunk tale. But it's full of forgettable characters and pointless puzzles. And on top of that it doesn't even have an ending — you have to wait until fall. Maybe by that point it will become better, after a couple of big updates.

5.5 / 10.0 - Close to the Sun

Bioshock-ish walking simulator. You will remember its nice visuals and disappointing ending.
