Tempest Rising is a game lifted alive from the 1990s, but with contemporary ambitions and modern visuals. Unfortunately, my heart, as a Red Alert 2 fan, took a very uneven beating at times. Despite the beautiful packaging and solid foundation, too many minor flaws and untapped potentials weigh on this strategy. However, for a fan of classic RTSs - this is still an item worth checking out.

The #DRIVE Rally impresses with its graphics and driving model, but disappoints with its lack of depth. It's a game for younger players or for a short session - 15 minutes and that's enough. Beautiful, but rather empty. With interesting music, but still problems with engaging content. On paper it looks impressive, in practice it still needs refinement. However, mainly only 5 people worked on the game, and despite everything it should be appreciated for many aspects.

Xenoblade Chronicles X hit the market in 2015, so in December Nintendo could celebrate a decade of production. However, the Japanese decided to put the Definitive Edition on the market sooner, and without a doubt it was a really good decision. Not only because of the better graphics and new content, but mainly because of the numerous improvements - it's for them that the title is worth getting interested in.

Assassin's Creed Shadows does many things better than previous installments in the series, but there are still elements that are flawed. Nevertheless - it is a title worth playing not only for fans of the brand.

Atelier Yumia brilliantly pushes the well-known series into the future, serving us with a lot of fresh ideas and showing that the larger budget has indeed been used wisely.

Cooperation at the highest level with interesting stories of the main characters and a bit silly main plot, but.... how it all comes together well. The finale will make you want to play again. At least a second time.

A lot depends on the second episode. At this point Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is terribly boring and tiresome to play.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II is a piece of very good jRPG, which every fan of the genre should reach for. But still, it is better to get acquainted with its predecessor first in order to enjoy all the plot tidbits.

Delta Force - Black Hawk Down had great potential, and it came out.... well - severely mediocre. The situation is saved by the fact that this is Early Access, so the campaign will certainly be patched and refined further.

Monster Hunter is back and it's brilliant. Giant beasts, juicy fights and lots of positive improvements. Capcom has proven that it knows how to listen to fan feedback to provide a game just for them. Monster Hunter Wilds is a game for loyal fans of hunting after giant creatures.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii was a game designed to appeal to new fans. Previous experiments have come out differently, but this time Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has taken a successful side-step. It may attract a fresh audience, because in this case you really don't need to know much about the series and its past to be entertained. This production is meant to give the satisfaction of being a pirate, and it fully accomplishes this task.

Avowed is a solid RPG that combines first-person exploration (although there is also a third-person mode) in the style of titles from Bethesda with the depth of dialogue and choices native to Pillars of Eternity. Although the optimization leaves a lot to be desired, and the side quests could be more original, the engaging storyline and extensive conversation systems make up for many of the shortcomings. The game will undoubtedly appeal to fans of Obsidian games and anyone who appreciates the freedom of conflict resolution. If you are ready to turn a blind eye to the technical pains, Avowed offers a beautiful expedition into the magical world of Eora, which you will remember for a very long time.

Civilization VII is an impressive attempt to redefine the formula, and at the same time pays homage to the old, best solutions from previous parts. Three eras in one game provide an interesting pace, while friendly diplomacy and a new system of doctrines add variety to the familiar fun. The developers have included a wealth of mechanics here from the first minute, providing a solid foundation without the need to wait for DLC. While the simplifications in management may not be to everyone's taste, the sheer atmosphere and strategic depth still make this installment worth playing right off the bat.

“Kingdom Come: Deliverance II” is a title so huge, so ambitious and at the same time mercilessly addictive that it is difficult to describe in words. The perfectly designed and created world presented is filled with dozens of unforgettable, characterful characters, the subsequent quests surprise you with their originality even after 50 hours of play and the enormous freedom of action make it impossible to tear yourself away from the screen. I'm finishing because I have to hit the remaining side missions! And remember: Audentes fortuna iuvat!

Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap has the makings of being the best game in the series, but for the time being, technical pains and some solutions make it better to wait for the developers to put more heart into the game.

Tails of Iron 2 is an almost exemplary sequel. A dark world, interesting enemies and elaborate combat - all these elements add up to a very good game that can delight fans of the original and positively surprise new audiences.

Fans of the series will grit their teeth and play. The rest may suffer, but they will also complete the adventure. However, it's a shame that the developers with Sniper Elite: Resistance didn't decide to make the revolution that the series needs.

Eternal Strands is an interesting title that shows how some familiar ideas can be used in a creative way. A good combination of familiar concepts.... although at some points the developers should have gone wild.

SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada is an interesting extraction shooter that can evoke a varied experience. The developers should speed up the progression, but if you are looking for a game that provides a pleasant sense of danger - this will be a really good option.

If other developers paid such attention to PC ports from consoles, the world would be a better place.
