Unfortunately, although Nintendo has teased added content (with Golf coming first this summer), at the moment Switch Sports seems to offer only the essentials. The absence of even a simple single-player campaign hurts the game, depriving it, among other things, of a little personality that seems so much in need. For now, I would highly recommend it only as a party game that really comes to life and shows its quality with friends, whether online or not. In other words, it is closer to Wii Sports than to Wii Sports Resort.

It is the ultimate digital Star Wars playground made with tons of content, love and respect for the franchise yet still able to capture the funnier LEGO side that made the franchise special. Also totally recommended to those who'll play it with company or their kids with the ability of drop-in/out co-op.

If you are a fan of the looter shooter genre or if you like the lighter filled with humor experiences, you should give Tiny Tina Wonderlands a try!

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a game that mirrors its own city-world: A mixture of modern and old elements. It bears many imperfections both minor and major in terms of its opwn world engagement and the shallowness of its action part.

My problem with this year's title, is that it was presented for the big change of the franchise and what I saw is a big step in the right direction, but everything somewhere was reminiscent of his old bad self.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land looks like a production leap for the series and is an extremely enjoyable game, with variety and a fantastic pace that is able to hide many of its weaknesses. I'm sure it will not disappoint anyone who dedicates their time to it.

Stranger of Paradise is at its best a mediocre game that becomes boring and tiresome in many cases. It's a bad moment for Team Ninja that reminds me of Ninja Gaiden's 3. The only satisfying thing in this game is its gameplay which is inspired clearly from the Nioh franchise. If Team Ninja had more time in its hands to perfect it maybe we'd have a much refined game but it's not the case for this one.

The Elden Ring, at first, fails to describe itself and you feel that it is losing part of the Souls temperament but very quickly it gives you the biggest awareness slap you have received from a video game. Until you recover, you have entered deeply and violently into the most important and immersive world that the medium has known in recent years.

Gran Turismo 7 not only celebrates the 25th anniversary of the series, but celebrates car culture as a whole. Despite some minor flaws, Polyphony Digital created a "must-have" game for PlayStation owners who have even a little bit of interest in the racing genre.

Horizon Forbidden West, without reinventing the wheel, evolves the series in a natural and organic way. New ideas and gameplay mechanics, such as the hook and underwater exploration, stand next to the enriched combat system, to create a well-made experience. If you've played Zero Dawn in the past you already know what to expect, so grab the bow and get ready for a second round!

Dying Light 2: Stay Human is basically a good game, but with weaknesses. Many times it loses its orientation, suffers from repetition, the script has ups and downs but it continues to be an enjoyable RPG, with solid mechanisms, endless content to explore and intense moments of stress. Fans of zombies and the first Dying Light, should invest.

Is Pokémon Legends: Arceus perfect? No, but nonetheless it evolves and moves the series forwards. Game Freak delivered a title that will entertain hardcore fans, but also those who just want to enter the beautiful world of Pokémon.

Despite a few promising ideas, Rainbow Six Extraction has many gameplay flaws, like the badly balanced enemies, which bring down the whole experience. As it stands, it's only enjoyable with friends that really like these kind of games.

God of War is undoubtedly a masterpiece that everyone should play. If you never had the change before, the PC port is ideal, as it enhances the already great looking game and satisfies on almost every front, with support for DLSS, ultrawide monitors and many accessibility and customization options.

I dare to say that this is the real and promising return of Halo. The game is not perfect, the open world has many weaknesses, while some things like co-op are absent, at least during the release. However, the campaign is well-written, well-structured and well-crafted. After much outcry and endless questioning by all of us, 343 Industries and Microsoft seem to have succeeded…

Swery retests the patience of all those we love by delivering yet another poorly made result that like the previous ones had the makings for something much better. The Good Life is exclusively for the fanatics who will be rewarded by the special moments of the script but will get tired along the way.

Diamond and Pearl are among my favorite Pokémon games and I definitely recommend them to those who want to return to the Sinnoh Region, which shines once again and is without a doubt one of the best setting the series has seen.

Battlefield 2042 follows a different path. Instead of evolving the traditional and beloved recipe of the series, this time it borrows elements from other franchises, such as Call of Duty and Rainbow Six Siege. Many players will like the result and others will surely be left disappointed. The only certain thing is that the title needed more development time for any of its virtues to shine, as there are important technical issues, problems with the overall balance and some strange design flaws that DICE will definitely have to fix in future updates.

Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas are admittedly masterpieces. Unfortunately, the remasters offered by The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition suffer from too many problems and do not give these diamonds the treatment they deserve.

Call of Duty Vanguard is a good ol' but rusty and tried train ride of what is a CoD experience. There's nothing particular new or bombastic and memorable about its WW2 campaign which almost feels like a dejavu of the WWII campaign that Sledgehammer developed. There are also instances of the multiplayer being a frustrating experience due to the lack of dedicated servers which in 2021 is utterly unacceptable. Time will tell if Vanguard is one of the most forgettable entries of the franchise.
