Fire Emblem Engage represents the ultimate expression of the Shouzou Kaga concept, with its bright spots and its torpid spots. Despite a simple and at times all too banal story, the combat system shines its own light, an overwhelming splendor that will seduce anyone who comes into contact with it.

Hollow Knight is one of the diamonds born from the passion and dedication of independent software houses. Nothing to envy from any triple A title. An adventure that ignites the player's desire for knowledge by proposing a consolidated formula like the Metroidvania skillfully mixed with the Soulslike genre. Curiosity will push us to find all the answers in the game world and to overcome any frustration due to difficulty. Hand-made drawings and animations create a perfect union with the soundtrack in order to convey a sense of bewilderment and loneliness and then reach an extreme calmness on the finish. A title not to be missed, certainly to be recovered before the already announced sequel.

I really suggest you to buy this amazing product named “Unravel 2”. Yeah, you could find it nor really long lasting, or even too simple for your “standards”, but the message behind the kindness of the actions of the two Yarny, ready to help each other, is maybe more important…and once you get to end of the lighthouse, you’ll understand why.

The project made by Caracal Games it’s really good, even compared to the most popular products of the video game industry. The only limit is that you have to be really, really patient. It’s really suggested recommended to lovers of the genre and to players who want to challenge themselves. If you’re not one of those, I suggest you to look at something else. You could even destroy your console, like for real!

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is a spin-off that overflows with its own personality. She is not limited to being a mere restyling of Borderlands 3, but she has the courage to experiment and differentiate herself enough from her older brother. The plot, albeit thin, entertains with its irreverent and parody irony. The novelties and changes to the gameplay work properly, giving greater dynamism and new stimuli. The character progression system allows for a variety of development directives and each player will be able to find their ideal build. However, the title would have benefited from a filing on specific aspects, such as confusing inventory management and technical cleanliness, as well as presenting an endgame that does not live up to expectations.

Metro: Exodus is the proper result of the hard work made by Glukhovsky together with the developing team 4A Games. Even if many features have been introduced in this title, compared to the previous games, the spirit of the saga is still intact, but actually those updates enhance the atmosphere of danger, worry and uncertainty that Artyom has to face in this new adventure. The game is great under many aspects: captivating plot, gameplay, soundtrack and an incredible graphic. Though, few bugs, tedious fights, and a controversial dubbing, make the experience far from being flawless. In the end, Metro: Exodus is a great game suggested to all the fan of the series, but also to who approach to the game for the first time.

Resident Evil 3 Remake looks like an excellent title, enjoyable gameplay, but that excels in particular from the graphic point of view, presenting a lively Raccoon City, rich in details and with a practically perfect character design. Unfortunately, the paucity of extra content and the reduced duration of the main quest, make Resident Evil 3 Remake a title not suitable for everyone, especially for fans who expected a faithful reproduction of the events of the original title for PlayStation released in 1999. The addition of Resident Evil: Resistance to the sales bundle partially manages to make up for the reduced longevity of the security, but not to fully justify the excessive selling price.

Days Gone is a really great product, especially regarding the plot and the characters, that leaves a sour taste. It could be another excellent game made by Playstation if it wasn’t for those flaws we just discussed. Sadly cause of bugs, and textures loaded too slowly, low frame rate and transictions that break the game rhythm, everything gets less enjoyable, even frustrating. Sony missed the chance to make a masterpiece, but there is definitively some chance to reach the perfection with Days Gone 2. There is everything necessary to start a new successful saga. In the end, we suggest you to play Days Gone, even if that means facing some issue. (Ps4 Pro owners will have less problems with frame rate)

Massive Entertainment’s new work shows clearly that is a step forward compared to its precursor, filling up those gaps that made the product not really enjoyable and quite boring. With a valuable graphic, a Washington city well recreated and an exciting gameplay, The Division 2 can now catch the attention of the player not really interested about the game, thanks to small and big new features. Even if the audio system, especially during dialogs, could have been improved, it’s evident the effort and the passion standing behind this project. Waiting for more contents to come.

Layers of Fear 2 goes up and down like a ship during a storm in the sea. There are evident falls in the gameplay and in the way the story is told and displayed. Even if is really hard for some players to catch the spirit of it, the general experience is still worth t be lived. The level design is rich of really clever solutions, the setting is dark and with a strong identity. The sounds effect are excellent, telling places and characters in a unique way. Layers of Fears builds frame by frame a cinematic view, following rules and style of the horror symbolism.

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is the perfect game for hi is accustomed to online adventures in the company of a few friends. Ubisoft promises continuous support for a long time, which makes the purchase of this title a real investment. Lone wolves stay away.

Streets of Rage 4 succeeds in the arduous task of representing the best of the genre to which it belongs. The developers had the ability to innovate this genre without turning it into anything else. The story can be completed in about 3/4 hours but once finished, the desire to replay it with another character is really great.

Captain Tsubasa: Rise of The New Champions is a flagship for anyone looking for a Holly & Benji celebratory video game. Finally, The Tiger Shot comes to life in a visually stunning context. A turn-based strategy that you won't be able to say no to if you are a lover of the genre, also perfect for its vast choice of scenarios on one of the most interesting historical contexts ever. The level of accuracy of the campaign and of the individual units is really high, managing to fully immerse the player. Perfect to play with and against other people, also thanks to the good longevity it offers.

Overwatch 2 came to the video game market with a completely new formula: free-to-play and with a Battle Pass to unlock and complete. In addition, the number of gamers in matches was reduced from 6vs6 to 5vs5. Blizzard has been able to focus well on the elements that made the first chapter a cult for first-person-shooter games: iconic characters, a refined graphical style, and captivating gameplay. It cannot be called a true sequel, as the skeleton of the game still turns out to be the one that was until recently playable in the first chapter.

Hogwarts Legacy is the ultimate Wizarding World-set game. Playing Avalanche Software's new product makes one feel like a wizard in his or her own right. Contrary to what it seems, the longevity is quite long for a title of this genre: you will need 15 to 20 hours to complete the main story, if you want to discover all the secrets of the title you could even reach over 30 hours. There is no "shooting," no killing anyone, Pentiment is peculiar and should be played for its artistic and narrative inspiration, the intent in this review is precisely to make the reader understand what kind of work he is going to play: but is it worth it? Absolutely yes!

Watch Dogs Legion is a title that lives up to expectations, Ubisoft's London, alive and pulsating, totally immerses the player. The plot is well built and offers villains characterized at best, but presenting an ending that does not live up to expectations. We appreciate the inclusion of free recruitment, even if it is repetitive in the long run. The driving system is improved, however not yet satisfactory. Despite the flaws, Watch Dogs Legion is a title that must be played and deepened, the efforts made by Ubisoft to renew its IP are clearly visible and lay an excellent foundation for the future.
