The pure science fiction and mystery of the game combined with its satirical tone make the adventure completely worth your time. There have been more ambitious and deeper games when it comes to this type of experience but Journey to the Savage Planet has left a lasting impression.
From the opening screen of the game you guys made it clear that you were looking to create a fun and “sex positive” game.
All in all, The Touryst is a fun little game, with a lot going for it. If you have the spare money to pick this up, and want something quick and fun to get through the weekend, I would recommend the game, just don’t expect too a large game, and some areas may be frustrating. You will get a few laughs and a gorgeous looking game out of it.
While being rough around the edges, I personally think that the core gameplay is extremely fun, and the game gives you good enough reason to see it through to the end.
There are some speed bumps along the way that prevent this game from being truly amazing, but for what it is I am thoroughly enjoying my time with it.
Creature in the Well, while not perfect, is a gem in today’s market. It is a short, yet refreshing experience that everyone can find some joy in.
Though occasionally frustrating, Outer Wilds presents a unique experience to explore a world with few limitations.
Although not without its shortcomings, Jedi: Fallen Order is an enjoyable romp into the Star Wars universe that should undoubtedly be experienced by any fan of brisk combat and Star Wars as a whole.
If you want to play a pretty good Diablo clone with a simplified control scheme and a prequel to the Darksiders series, you will enjoy Darksiders Genesis.
Street Fighter V Champion Edition is the most complete version of Street Fighter V that we have had to date.
Regardless of a few technical issues, Blair Witch is a good time. The game starts off slow with a not so strong story to boot, but once you hunker down and drive through, the game turns into an anxious, dimly lit, digital embodiment of claustrophobia that every horror game fan should experience for themselves.
Death Stranding is a game that has a lot of moving parts, and most of the time, those parts create a machine that runs pretty well. Even though the grimy in-game product placement and heavy-handed writing can cause things to grind and come to a halt, its innovative gameplay mixed with its unique online elements are what really keep the machine running.
Is Dusk Diver a good game? Yeah, I think so! It does have some questionable choices in it and not great performance, but it makes up for that with insanely fun beat-’em-up gameplay, a deliciously cheesy and enjoyable story with memorable characters, and a great musical style and artwork.
Madden 20 has a lot to offer gameplay wise. The game itself looks and plays the best it ever has. The presentation and commentary of the game is comparable to real NFL games, from the announce team to the halftime show. The only real problem with the gameplay is the occasional animation whiff. The game modes are lacking though; while fun, there are only three of them, which would be fine if they were jam packed with a variety of things to do.
Wattam is a delight to play. From the cute aesthetic, to the amazing soundtrack, there is much to enjoy here.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is a tactical shooter with arcade elements that brandishes a new look, the looter-shooter. Though the game could stand on its own without that element, it at least doesn’t take away from the core gameplay.
What his come does to is, do you like the 80s, do you like mutant humor ala TMNT, and do you love rogue like games. If so, this game could give you a few hours of fun.
A very faithful remake.
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games 2020 Tokyo is a game that has a fantastic presentation with amazing and colorful visuals. Sadly, all of that is a façade to the barebones and lacking minigames. Sure, some are hits, but a lot aren’t.
At the end of the day, despite the faults of the core gameplay, Spirit of the North is redeemed by the amazing sense of wonder its environments, score, and story deliver. Many of its issues lie on the technical side, and quite a few will be impossible to ignore. But, if you’re able to look past that, you‘ll surely find an experience that you won’t soon forget.
