Gravitar: Recharged is a fantastic modern take on an arcade classic. With an excellent challenge mode and cooperative action, this will keep you playing. Furthermore, the arcade mode is endless, tough, and enjoyable.

7 / 10.0 - Why Pizza?
Jun 13, 2022

Why pizza? is a bizarre platform puzzle title that is full of surreal images. Its plot makes no sense, but its action is familiar and enjoyable. Excellent aesthetics and smooth controls ensure that you'll fall for its charms while loving the madness of each level.

4 / 10.0 - Bob Help Them
Mar 23, 2021

The village and characters general lack of personality is disappointing, and the inconsistency of the games challenge offers little to draw the player back. The game is fine in small doses, but honestly, it isn’t anything you can’t find elsewhere in the genre.

8.5 / 10.0 - Disgaea 4 Complete+
Mar 23, 2021

Overall, Disgaea 4 Complete+ is an excellent port of the original Disgaea 4: A Promise Forgotten. It brings over the classic simple but strategic RPG turn-based gameplay we loved about the original and brings new life to the game on current consoles. However, the game still keeps the same bugbears from the original Disgaea 4.

Space Otter Charlie is a title that gets under your skin. Once you play, you will want to keep going until you’ve explored every station and rescued each of his friends. With witty otter based puns, excellent audio and well designed visuals, this is a game that will make you smile from ear to ear. It’s family-friendly approach is a bonus, and I recommend you buy it here! Mankind has ruined the Earth for themselves and for every living being. We can run away and find another planet, but the fate of those left behind lies on the shoulders of one heroic otter. Can you find the animals a new place to live? Will you survive the many bizarre ordeals you’ll face? Grab your space suit, jump in your rocket and let the adventure begin.

The game recycles a lot of content already featured in the franchise. Although the new character customisation and photo mode is refreshing, it doesn’t seem like enough to tie us over. Despite the art style and location being different, the game as a whole remains the same. It’s enjoyable, sure. But to fans of the franchise it’s a little disappointing since we have all definitely experienced it beforehand.

8 / 10.0 - Sanity of Morris
Mar 20, 2021

I like the work that this development team produces. I was taken back by both the theme and style of their latest game, but what they have released is of a very high quality. It will test your logical thinking, reasoning, and constitution. You need this in your life, so buy it here! Can you help John follow in his father’s footsteps? Can you do what Hank failed to achieve? Travel to Greenlake and see how you get on.

6 / 10.0 - Worms Rumble
Mar 19, 2021

I wouldn’t dive into Worms Rumble looking for the original nuts and bolts if you’re an older player. I can easily picture that scenario since there are already a plethora of Worms titles and remasters on Steam. But if you seek a 2D Run N’ Gun multiplayer experience, you’ll have some fun. This game will stay relevant as long as there are enough players online to carry the torch. Without them, I can easily see it fall into obscurity.

7 / 10.0 - Pacer
Mar 19, 2021

With many games trying to replicate the enthralling and addictive nature of WipEout, it’s understandable that many will fail miserably. Fortunately, Pacer isn’t one of these titles. With many well designed levels and modes, lots of weapons to choose, and 5 different vehicle types, there are plenty of options to make everyone happy. A fair but challenging difficulty curve will keep you interested from beginning to end, as does the wonderful graphical and audio presentation. I loved my time with this and recommend that you buy it here! Choose your ship, customise it to your liking, and make each of the sponsors happy. You must race for money, gold medals, but most importantly pride.

6 / 10.0 - Sir Lovelot
Mar 18, 2021

I have a soft spot for old-school platform games, and I love the fairy tale theme. The only issue I have with Sir Lovelot is the lack of originality in the gameplay. Nothing felt new or fresh! It was done to a good standard, but it didn’t capture my imagination. I loved the tongue-in-cheek take on romance and the art style, but I wish the audio stood out more. I recommend it because of its theme and the good standard set throughout, and you can buy a copy here! Sir Lovelot is an old romantic at heart, he searches every corner of the realm to find his true love. Will he be successful, or is he destined to be with the first girl he finds?

7.5 / 10.0 - Encodya
Mar 18, 2021

For what it’s worth, point-and-click adventures largely end up becoming a story. Encodya is exactly that. It’s a heartwarming story of life and lessons learned. The gameplay is largely incidental, but the setting, though derivative, is an absolute win. Players that are unfamiliar with the genre may want to forego it if they crave a bit more action, but it’s difficult to not suggest Encodya to point-and-click enthusiasts. It’s difficult, it’s enchanting, and it’s a bit odd—even if it isn’t wholly original. But, to be fair, the studio praised their inspirations more openly than most would anyways.

With no New Game + mode, the game’s replay value consists of collecting missed items from scratch, which won’t likely inspire a second playthrough amongst adult JRPG fans. Despite all this, Destiny Connect – Tick-Tock Travelers – is a success. It’s an intentionally limited game aimed at a young audience who will no doubt enjoy it. For everyone else, however, it feels like a poor video game conversion of a cute Pixar movie and one that should cause pause before purchase.

9 / 10.0 - Green Hell
Mar 15, 2021

If you’re a fan of survival games, no matter if hardcore or casual, then Green Hell will surely provide you with a gaming experience like no other. Despite a few minor complaints, Green Hell is tense, gorgeous, immersive, and even terrifying at times. This game ticks all the right boxes for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of survival games. I absolutely loved playing through the story mode and unravelling its mystery, and I can’t wait for the Spirits of Amazonia expansion to be fully released, so that I can dive into that.

I enjoyed my time with The Innsmouth Case. The pacing is great and the atmosphere is captivating. While I do find that unlocking all endings may cause players to lose interest after some time, it doesn’t take away from my experience with the first couple of playthroughs. The endings I got were quite bizarre and unexpected and for that, I applaud. Spice it up after you finish, and read this story to someone else and let them make the choices.

I’m never going to consider myself a monster truck fan, yet I really enjoyed my time with this. I can see why gamers love the genre, and how they easily get addicted to each game. Other than its lame audio and OTT rumbling, I believe Monster Truck Championship offers a better and more rounded experience than Monster Jam Steel Titans 2, and I recommend buying it here! Start your career, choose your team members and race, smash and destroy everything in your path.

6.5 / 10.0 - Pinkman+
Mar 14, 2021

I knew that I’d enjoy Pinkman+, I just didn’t realise how much. The ease of the opening stages builds up your confidence until you power through the levels. Once you get into the flow, you won’t want to put it down! You take each new trap in your stride, and restart the game upon death, knowing that victory is just around the corner. If you want a casual and unusual platform game, buy it here! Can you journey deep into “The Mind”, overcoming each trap, and making it to safety? If anyone can do it, the pink man can do it!

7 / 10.0 - Arcade Spirits
Mar 13, 2021

I really enjoyed what Fiction Factory Games have created. The many gameplay choices allow you to feel in control of how the story plays out. A well written and nicely paced script ensures that you don’t get lost amongst a variety of subplots and its many characters. Creating your personality was a nice touch, and how this influenced others was an interesting gaming choice. Arcade Spirits won’t tick all the boxes for the fans of the genre, but its inoffensive approach means it should be added to your library, so buy a copy here! Create your character, download IRIS and see where life will take you in this colourful and fun Visual Novel.

With fast, frenetic gameplay and numerous modes, the student in Blast Zone! Tournament may have surpassed the master in Bomberman in gameplay if not visual design. Old-school Bomberman fans will enjoy the classic mechanics and the new modes, and newer fans will no doubt appreciate the online multiplayer and the expansive battles, but it’s hard to say whether the largely identical gameplay and poor presentation will convert any non-fans of the genre.

7 / 10.0 - Neurodeck

Neurodeck is an enticing deck building game that I found myself looking forward to consistently. With oodles of replayability, different sets of challenges in starting stats and cards, and mental trials there is a lot of content to enjoy.

7 / 10.0 - Pang Adventures
Mar 12, 2021

Pang Adventures successfully focuses on the niche it is trying to fill; putting faith into its core gameplay, to provide a fun and visually engaging experience for players of all ages. If you’re looking to delve into nostalgic waters, or are just up for a challenge that may – or may not be comparable to Dark Souls(allegedly), this might not be a bad addition to your collection.
