Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey is a unique game. You must guide your clan through time and evolution, which is fun with lots of experimentation. There's also a lot of frustration to be had however. Still, the game offers a special experience.

Man of Medan is the first of The Dark Pictures. The game has all the elements of horror to keep you up at night. Still there are some flaws in the acting, but nothing serious. IF you want to get scared of a game, this is a must buy.

Astral Chain is PlatinumGames newest adrenaline shot, that's clearly inspired by a lot of previous titles from the studio. It takes the best of out of all those games and delivers a kick-ass adventure that's a must play for the fans.

This game is not as good as perhaps expected. Level design is poor, the main character is not very interesting and the Metroidvania-way of exploring is maybe too difficult. However, the game gets a bit better in the end.

Wolfenstein Cyberpilot has some good ideas, but fails in its execution. It's nauseating if you play longer than 30 minutes. Luckily the game isn't very long you would say, but just when it becomes fun to play the game is already over.

Age of Wonders Planetfall takes on a new coat of paint for the franchise and does it well. The six factions are unique, the tactical combat is amazing and there are loads of choices to make. The perfect game to put hundreds of hours in.

Pawarumi is one of those original concepts that tries to do something different. The rock, paper, scissors concept is cool, but sometimes confusing. Still, it gives players a great challenge and keeps you on edge at all times.

Trover Saves the Universe is by far the funniest video game in years and an absolute must for any self-respecting fan of Rick and Morty, Family Guy and South Park. The humor is as most fans of those series would like it to be: unadulterated hard, layered and at times also wonderfully basic. The story is as insane as it is genius, with fantastic tempo changes and unexpected twists. We take for granted that the story is short-lived and the gameplay is not that much.

Wolfenstein Youngblood takes a different approach than previous Wolfenstein installments. Co-op instead of solo-adventuring and a bigger emphasis on exploring. Aside from some small hickups with stealth and enemies, it's a blast from beginning to end.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is even more approachable than its predecessors. The game includes a lot of diverse activities, and because of that it never feels repetitive. All the game asks of you is a little bit of patience.

Shadowbringers is the most balanced add-on for Final Fantasy XIV yet. The DLC makes a few missteps, but the magic of the new story and areas make up for it. The adjustments to the game invite new players while the new content entertains the veterans.

Redeemer Enhanced Edition is quite fun to pick up and play for a bit. However, performance issues and an obvious lack of scaling for single-player keeps the game from being anything other than somewhat disappointing.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 The Black Order is the ultimate cross-over for every fan and gamer at heart. The simple, but fun gameplay is challenging and the roster of characters is by far the best point here. It's a solid dungeon crawler, with minor flaws.

Etherborn is certainly worth a try, although the price tag that is currently attached to the game is too high. 16.99 euros for a game with only five levels is too much of a good thing. Ten euros less would have been a better deal. So if you are looking for a puzzle game with brain teasers and a nice graphic style for that amount of money, then Etherborn is fun to play. Just keep YouTube handy for walkthroughs if you're running out of patience.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 is a great time for kids. Adults might be slightly bored by the stale combat, but will be impressed with the amazing building-mechanics. The story is a tad long though, but that's understandable seeing how this is still a JRPG.

This fighting game is nice due to all the swords but has not so much content. Therefore it's not a game you will play for month, more for a couple of weeks. Also the story is a bit weak and outdated.

SEGa Ages keeps bringing ports of the old classics. This time it's Wonder Boy, an incredibly difficult platformer but a fun one at that. The game comes as a perfect port that includes bugs and glitches of the original. So you get the good and the bad.

Judgment is the best Yakuza game ever...except for the fact that, formally, it is not a Yakuza game. Still, there are enough new gameplay elements to lure new players in, and enough old references for returning fans. Don't miss it.

SEGA Ages: Virtua Racing is the best remake of the game ever. It feels authentic and looks great. Too bad the game has only three tracks, but then again, the original also did. The game is challenging and fun, but a bit short.
