This War of Mine: Final Cut is an incredible, heart-wrenching, terrifyingly real view into what war is really like. While its gameplay may sometimes be clunky and slow, the game still manages to capture your attention with atmosphere and purpose as you slowly gather supplies and materials in these emerging stories that will stick with you for a very long time.

3.5 / 5.0 - Sockventure
May 9, 2022

Sockventure is a short and silly precision platformer that, while not the pinnacle of innovation, is still a good time for those who enjoy the genre. A touch bizarre and wildly silly, Sockventure is a game for fans of platformers and those who want to get into them. Simple, effective, and fun.

3.5 / 5.0 - Evan's Remains
Apr 22, 2022

The skillfully drawn graphics, combined with the engaging (and at times thrilling) story and fun to solve puzzles, make the game an experience everyone should play at least once. Though the ending leaves the player unsatisfied, it is the journey that matters.

It is difficult to suggest Postal 4: No Regerts, even to the most diehard fans of this series, due to so many technical issues with the game. It fails to lift the bar in any aspect where it might be deemed a playable game.

Zombie Rollerz is a quick and fun, arcade style game that is definitely worth the short sprint it takes to finish a couple runs. As long as you're not expecting something deep, this game is a great time waster.

3.4 / 5.0 - Martha is Dead
Mar 29, 2022

Martha is Dead is probably the most disturbing game I have ever played. What I have witnessed is unheard of. This game deserves massive praise for bringing awareness to mental illness and trauma and the effects they can inflict on a human mind. The story contained enough horror, shock, and twists to leave me with much to think about and create theories.

3.4 / 5.0 - Medieval Dynasty
Mar 21, 2022

Medieval Dynasty is an interesting game with almost too much content. While not all of that content is exemplary, the game is still riddled with purpose filled chores and community management that makes this game stand out amongst its survival counterparts.

5 / 5.0 - Elden Ring
Mar 7, 2022

Elden Ring is a game that has denounced the ‘normal’ way of doing things. The players hand is not held and is guided by one thing and one thing only… Mystery. While the game has a few quality of life issues with some minor performance complaints, the game is still stellar. It is a game that everyone should play.

Dying Light 2 has some positive moments: parkour mechanics, horror elements, and the main one — the game is really good to show you — what it’s like — to be a monster, and how it’s hard to stay human. This is especially hard to do nowadays.
