It only took 14 years, but Red Dead Redemption is finally out on PC. While the heady mix of Sam Peckinpah, Clint Eastwood, and Blood Meridian is still superlative in places, time hasn't treated all aspects of Rockstar's great western kindly. This one might be for completionists only.

Miniatures is a beautiful, but way too short experience. On an emotional level, it is difficult to identify with the memories, because the script does not reveal the background story at all, and the player only gets to experience four different fairy-tale situations. The audiovisual implementation is impressive, especially the different drawing and animation styles deserve nothing but praise. But when the lid of the digital memory box closes, Miniatures is also quickly forgotten.

Life is Strange: Double Exposure delivers a worthy continuation of Max Caulfield’s story, introducing a gripping dual-timeline mystery where she must solve her friend’s murder while navigating a parallel reality. With strong writing, emotional depth, and well-executed supernatural elements, the game stays true to the series’ essence, though its abrupt ending and monetized DLC content may leave some players frustrated.

The original Until Dawn was some kind of a masterpiece with it nodding towards the classic slasher movies basically all the time. This new version improves very little to the original horror experience and at the same time has way too much technical issues to cripple the experience. Of course the game is still good, this remake is just a little bit unnecessary to begin with.

Fantastic JRPG, that has it all: fantastic story with excellent writing, interesting game mechanics, wonderful music etc. An absolute masterpiece.

The story campaign, against all odds, is fun, exciting, and more inventive than Call of Duty has been in almost a decade. The multiplayer, on the other hand, is in dire need of a reboot.

The original Silent Hill 2 is a masterpiece that deservedly draws comparisons to the works of David Lynch. The remake is a fine repeat, but an odd experience where the vast majority of the good bits belong to the original. It feels like a backhanded compliment to say it's better than expected, but that's exactly the case.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is packed with content, but still doesn't seem to offer much new. If the concept is familiar from previous years, then everything feels quite familiar from the beginning. The gameplay is fun, even hilarious at times, but the title needs the right people around it to reach its full potential - and even then, certain game modes suffer from repetition and sameness.

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead tells an original story set in the Quite Place universe, which offers about eight hours of survival horror. The game has its moments, but too often it stumbles over its own concept. Sneaking quietly through each level just isn't fun, and in many places the super-accurate monsters will strike without warning.

The horror title, which only lasts for a couple of hours, offers a few fun scares to the younger audience and especially to the Five Nights at Freddy's fan base, but I wasn't very excited about the survival elements. Running between places and avoiding the same Monster was more frustrating than entertaining.

Unknown 9: Awakening is a budget title with grand ambition. It doesn't always meet those lofty goals, but it's still a lovely throwback to the days when these mid-budget titles were a much more common occurrence. Adjust your expectations accordingly, and it's an old-school blast to play through on a weekend.

EA Sports FC 25 is the best football game of the year, but that’s not saying much: Konamis eFootball is still so much worse than FC 25, that it really doesn’t have any competition.

Like a mix between Hayao Miyazaki and great French comic books, Neva is a breathtaking and heartbreaking adventure that stays with you long after it ends.

Disney's Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is a fine remaster that scratches that nostalgic itch, even if it doesn't do anything new with the material. Sometimes, it's just fun to revisit something familiar, and that's enough.

The graphical bugs with disappearing and suddenly reappearing AI cars are constant occurrence in the world of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. The developer has promised to listen to players and continue the game's development based on feedback. To be honest, there needs to be a lot of changes if the game wants to avoid being quickly forgotten amidst much better alternatives.

Satisfactory is a marvel that feeds the imagination and cultivates creativity. It's a digital LEGO set for adults that will never run out of material. All you can think of is to make one more tweak, and then another, and another.

Ara: History Untold aims to challenge Civilization and other 4X strategy giants by emphasizing resource management, but its overwhelming micromanagement slows the experience. While the game boasts impressive visuals and complex production chains, its tedious optimization, lackluster diplomacy, and simplistic combat may frustrate players looking for a more balanced grand strategy experience.
