Final Fantasy XVI is a bold and visually stunning work. We could say that it redefines what Final Fantasy can be in the coming years. Although it moves away from many of the classic JRPG mechanics.

Sloclap and Kepler Interactive want us to play soccer as a team, albeit in a rather crazy arcade style. Despite its fast and frenetic pace, the game will require us to be good at passing, attack and defense strategies, and, of course, teamwork in order to beat our opponents.

Tron: Catalyst could be a gateway for newcomers to this type of game. The story is entertaining, but it requires you to pay close attention because it seems like there isn't much desire to tell it. There are no cutscenes, not even in-game animations to liven up the text; everything is based on static images, with no dynamism whatsoever.

Although I have to admit that I had a pretty rough time during the first few hours, Lies of P Overture ended on a high note. The story it tells complements what we saw in the base game, with nods and more depth to the old stories...

Migami Games, together with PQube and PixelHeart, bring us a classic, old-school Metroidvania game. We play as Mateo Lombardo on a mission to uncover the secrets behind the beast that is ravaging several villages in the south of France. Despite its classic format, with the occasional glitch in the controls, the game manages to captivate players with a story that gets better as the hours go by...

Stalker: Legends of the Zone Enhanced Edition is not a trivial facelift. It is a re-release that balances modern improvements with the raw identity that defines the series. On Xbox Series X|S, it achieves a remarkable technical level—native 4K and adaptive modes—without obscuring the Zone's gloomy atmosphere.

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is an ambitious, dark reinterpretation of the King Arthur myth that draws heavily on role-playing classics such as The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and Skyrim. From its beginning, which inevitably recalls these titles, to its focus on freedom of choice and character

Fans of twin-stick shooters have a new game to look forward to from Ocean Drive Studio. This game has traces of rogue-like, which means repeating the same scenarios over and over again, progressively improving our protagonists with each round.

Overall, Dune: Awakening offers a unique experience within the Dune universe. It is a true awakening of this saga with a novel approach that moves away from the RTS (real-time strategy games) we are used to.

Copycat is a narrative experience. Don't expect the game to convey what it is, or what it feels like to move and do cat things, because you won't find that here. The title focuses on a great narrative with gameplay in the background.

Although Starbreeze Entertainment and The Gang's title is billed as a horror game, it is more of a puzzle game with a gloomy setting. The idea of controlling the girl, but seeing through the eyes of the teddy bear, strikes me as very original. This forces us to play with perspectives, thinking about the placement of objects and how to get around them by moving the “camera” of action.

Trident's Tale is a charming and enjoyable adventure, clearly aimed at children or families. Its colorful visuals and lighthearted style give it charisma, but minor errors and limitations prevent it from truly standing out. Hand-to-hand combat feels somewhat clunky, and naval battles, while interesting, unnecessarily increase the difficulty due to a design that is poorly suited to the controls.

Deliver At All Costs is a very fun game, with truly original levels that add value to the basics of a driving game. At times, the difficulty is excessive, but the game acknowledges this by placing generous checkpoints. In this sense, it does take away some of the excitement by downplaying the importance of failure, but overall it is entertaining to play.
