Forza Horizon 6 does exactly what fans expect it to do. It delivers a massive open world packed with beautiful scenery, an absurd number of cars, and some of the best arcade racing gameplay available today.
MotoGP 26 lands squarely in the middle of the pack, offering strong visuals and solid racing mechanics on Xbox Series X, but held back by familiar modes and a lack of real innovation. It’s an enjoyable and reliable entry for fans, yet it never quite pushes beyond what the series has already achieved, making it a good but not essential instalment.
I thoroughly enjoyed the time I have put into Raccoin so far and can imagine I will be playing it for some time to come. With it’s multiple Raccoon’s and Cards on top of having to beat the previous difficulty to advance, the life span of this game is quite big.
Darwin’s Paradox! is a super fun 2D Puzzle Platform Adventure game, While i really enjoyed my time with the game and didn’t really encounter much problems other then sometimes being spawned back a bit further then I thought I would upon death, But other then that it is a Stupendous game
While I have really enjoyed my time with MLB The Show 26, it does unfortunately fall into the category of “just another sports game update.” Some of the new features do improve the quality of life, like PCI Sensitivity and Depth of Field.
John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando is a fast-paced co-op shooter that fully embraces its B-movie horror roots, delivering chaotic gunfights, grotesque enemies, and a thumping synth soundtrack. While its mechanics are familiar and progression is fairly light, the game shines when played with friends, turning every mission into loud, messy fun. It’s a confident, no-nonsense experience that values atmosphere and teamwork over depth, and succeeds by knowing exactly what it wants to be.
Styx: Blades of Greed delivers smart stealth design and expanded levels that reward patience, but rough edges and limited accessibility hold it back from greatness.
Ride 6 is a refined motorcycling racing experience that celebrates bike culture with deep handling, a huge, licensed roster & a rewarding, Skill driven Career mode. Enough to make any Motor Head enthusiast lose many an hour.
For players who enjoy chaotic action, challenging roguelite gameplay, and replay-driven progression, CLAWPUNK is a standout indie title. While its steep difficulty curve may not appeal to everyone, those who embrace its style will find a ferocious, synth-driven experience that’s hard to put down.
Football Manager 2026 arrives with big expectations. After years of incremental updates, the promise of a new engine and a broader, more inclusive football world had fans excited for a real leap forward. The result is a game that feels ambitious and polished in some areas but still rough around the edges in others.
PopCap and EA have managed to remaster a absolute classic. Plants Vs Zombies: Replanted is nothing if a brilliant oove letter to a game that could see a resurgence of the franchise or maybe some other classics that EA have twiddling its thumbs while sitting the vault.
Keeper is Double Fine at its absolute best; a breathtaking, wordless journey that proves emotion and artistry can speak louder than dialogue.
NASCAR 25 aims to be the definitive next-gen NASCAR experience on Xbox Series X, delivering stunning visuals, authentic handling, and a deeper career mode. While the foundation is strong, persistent bugs, technical hiccups, and missing features keep it from reaching full speed. It's a solid start for the series' revival, just one major patch away from greatness
Borderlands 4 is an amazing entry in the series, Full of Gun's, Exploration and Explosions. You can sink hours upon hours into this game, never feeling like you don't have something to do.
2K has done an amazing job with this years instalment, adding new things and improving other's. Shooting feels amazing but Defence does need some tweaking. Also adding WNBA players to MyTeam, we come one step closer to Woman in MyCareer. Something that I think is more of a sooner then later addition.
EA Sports Madden NFL 26 marks one of the franchise's biggest leaps in years, especially in Franchise Mode, which finally gets meaningful depth and realism. On-field gameplay feels smoother and more fluid, with better animations, more responsive passing, and smarter AI. Overall this instalment breathes new life into the series, especially for Franchise fans, delivering smarter design choices, improved gameplay flow, and a more immersive presentation that make it the most exciting entry in over a decade.
An Audio and Visual Upgrade but some parts fall flat, This is the nature of yearly sport games unfortunately. But the ability to play from High School all the way to the NFL is a reason I would get both College Football & Madden this year.
Palia is a great example of what a cozy game can be. It expands the genre and adds a lot of new features that some other cozy games don't offer. However, it does fall short when compared to cozy game classics like Stardew Valley and the My Time At series. I really enjoyed my time with the game and plan to keep playing, hoping future updates bring even more great content.
While I didn't particularly enjoy this genre, Spirit of the North 2 has its charms. Visually and audibly, it's stunning, with amazing contrasts between light and dark.
While not reinventing the wheel, RotSP does offer hours of nonstop adventuring fun. Being able to play in Co-op with friends also is a special treat. Simple enough to pick up and play, also easy enough to play with kids.
