A "suicide-by-cop simulator" of the same level as the abominable Ethnic Cleaning.
I've read scarier issues of the Beano in this clunky, buggy mess of a wanna be Deadly Premonition.
Missed opportunities wrapped up in a vaguely scary hellraiser-esque skin. Avoid it, unless you like frustration.
A fun game on console ruined on PC by lackadaisical and lazy porting.
"What could have been" is a theme writ large in this game. The mark was missed by so narrow a margin it's a real shame
Somewhere in there, is a decent game. I am a massive fan of this style of game despite what I had to say about Hatred. I just hope you can find the diamond that's hiding in this particular goat anus.
Cute Things Dying Violently is a game that takes children's TV levels of cute and adds cartoon blood in an attempt to give it something extra to hide the fact that it is in essence a cross between Angry Birds and Lemmings. It misses the mark by such a wide margin that it boggles the mind.
Happiness is mandatory, the Computer is your friend, and this game is mediocre at best.
A nice little shooter that could be summed up in one word, "Meh".
A Mediocre vertical shooter with an unimpressive twist.
Echoes of the great 8 and 16 bit platformers of yore abound in this innovative and quirky indie game that starts with a weird premise and keeps building on it in style.
Submarines, Bionts, Dystopia and shooty shoots, what's not to love? Buy this, slap on your cowboy hat, and stick some Linda Ronstadt on as you drive "every kind of rig that's ever been made" in the deep blue.
I really liked Organic Panic not least for its whimsy and lack of pretension. It is what it is, a neat little game well worth the price tag, Go buy it for whatever platform you choose, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or PC. You won’t be sorry.
A sometimes frustrating, always enthralling strategy RPG that has its rough spots. The time necessary to get to grips with it is well spent despite this as it rewards you in so very many ways.
The greatest CRPG of the Windows era with some updates and controls from HELL. Buy it.
A thought provoking homage to classic science fiction on procedurally generated worlds that is frustrating, pleasing and enjoyable all at once.
A well made, if a little brief, third game in the Trine series, and hopefully not the last.
Alcohol, chickens, kebabs, space and coffin robots in bowler hats. 1950s Soviet visual stylings and hamster smoothies. Mayonnaise, kebabs, flying ZAZ cars and laser blasters. There's so much to love about this game. Buy it.
If you were the kind of child who has sat knee deep in Lego making spaceships and buildings or were found surrounded by the guts of a clock looking up at bewildered parents. Crazy Machines 3 will engage you for a long time to come, if for no other reason than so you can work out new and interesting ways to shoot pigs on skis into space!
The titan of the RTS genre is back, made all pretty, and still as playable and enthralling as ever. This is one that deserves to be in your library.
