Disciples: Liberation does a lot of things well, but nothing too special. It's a fun game that can keep you entertained for dozens of hours with its challenging combat, long narrative and city-building elements, but the quality of all its elements ends up being somewhat limited.

The universe created by Kenji Anabuki is rich and interesting, the combat manages to be challenging and fun, the characters are captivating and the whole package is worth every minute invested.
