XCOM 2 is a definite win in my book
A feast for the eyes, ears and emotions, Mafia III lives in a vibrant, but brutal and blood-soaked world
It’s unlikely that Tahira: Shadows of the Astral Empire appeal to the every gamer, but for indie enthusiasts it would be worth a look in.
It’s throw away humour will appeal to some, but others will find it puerile.
With such breathtaking locations and a range of activities to keep everyone entertained, this is one title that’ll be sticking around for a long time.
The strategy genre keeps making leaps and bounds, while maintaining its roots and core base. Civilization VI is no exception.
This game is not for the time poor or impatient, but if long pitched battles and a game you can occasionally set down walk away and come back to without anything lost, this is a title for you.
The story is very meaty in The Evil Within 2 (no pun intended) which will keep players engaged for a good many hours. It’s not a game with a simple blow through narrative though. It takes time to see it to completion.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is a brave title that addresses some of the harshest realities of our time through the skewed lens of satire. It doesn’t take long, to realise that as far-fetched as The New Colossus seems, it might be just around the corner.
That Wolfenstein II The New Colossus was even released for a Nintendo console is amazing enough. However, the fact that the port of Wolfenstein II The New Colossus on Switch is good is even better.
It’s a real pick up and put down game if you’re keen to unwind and would be great to keep the kids occupied for a few hours of fairly harmless fun
This game is more backwater base quartermaster than frontline fighter, but I guess the saying rings true; ‘War is hell.’
Armello is an intriguing game to play which tickled quite a few things for me in relation to its world and game style
Reigns Game of Thrones will definitely appeal to the casual, time poor gamer and the involved completionist alike.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is a well-rounded title offering something for every FPS focused gamer.
For its flaws, Bendy and the Ink Machine has an equal amount of triumphs
Anyone looking for a challenge with a bit of nostalgia should check out Eternum Ex, your inner child will thank you
The Division 2 has incorporated everything that the first title initially lacked and then added more. It will provide hours of satisfying fun
