Warstride Challenges is a mix of action and violence where all that matters is speed. Perfect for lovers of speedruns, fast-paced games and competition, this FPS is a must-try unless you're looking for a canonical shooter.

Dave the Diver deserves to be a hit of summer 2023. He does not innovate and does not offer new gameplay mechanics, he is "only" concerned with giving ten hours of superfine quality and succeeds with a style and lightness from which one immediately becomes addicted. It is a much more accurate work than it seems, an experience in magnificent balance between its two souls, characterized by an immense heart and continually able to amaze you as it drags you deeper and deeper into the abyss of the "another dive and I shut off" loop.

Bleak Sword DX could be deceiving with its "mobile game" air, but underestimating the merits of the experience it offers would be a mistake. Frustration is real and there are some limits, but when the essential is so clearly visible to the eye and fascinating, it becomes easy to accept them and enjoy what is there.

Park Beyond comes with some intriguing ideas, some technical flaws, and some compromises to make. It's good at entertaining those who want to unleash their creativity by building the theme park they've always dreamed of and newbies to the genre, but those looking for a managerial soul to lose sleep over and their sanity might want deeper and more challenging gameplay.

Diablo IV is only the first stage of a long journey and already a convincing ARPG that throws you into a dark open world from which it is increasingly difficult to detach thanks to addictive gameplay and deep customization of your alter ego. Those who dreamed of a work capable of rewriting history might be a little disappointed, but sometimes less is enough to be happy.

Despite a repetitiveness that, sooner or later, tends to appear, Patch Quest knows perfectly how to exploit its many ideas and combinations to lasso those who love to experiment and explore and, once the flame of curiosity has been fueled, drag him into a gameplay loop from which can be difficult to get out of.

A guessed, imaginative and coherent expansion, capable of kicking off Phase 1 of the Year of the Wolf with the right rhythm between well-known top decks, tantalizing new entries and solid archetypes. Not all the new features are finding space in the Standard meta, but the feeling is that the foundations for a sparkling twelve months have been laid (thanks also to the changes to the Main Set).

Great roguelike card game, this Wildfrost. Of course it is not as cute and cuddly as it may seem at first glance, the art style is deceiving while the gameplay, with its inexorable countdown and perfectible balance, does not forgive the slightest mistake. It takes patience to give it a chance to fuel and a little stubbornness to get the best out of it, but it's definitely worth it.

Although fishing is an intrinsically repetitive activity, Dredge is proportioned so well that it is able to give you every virtual day a reason to take your boat and push your limits a bit further than yesterday, fighting against everything and everyone but above all against yourself.

Despite defects such as translation, progression in the endgame or an improved UI, Ace & Adventures is a convinced yes thanks mainly to the breath of fresh air it brings to the world of digital CCGs with its original, fun and stimulating gameplay.

While not having the quality and personality shown by the greatest boomer shooters, Dread Templar is a fast-paced, fun and deep enough retro FPS that knows its stuff.

Harry Potter fans will be thrilled to experience an epic adventure in a familiar setting recreated with such passion and accuracy, but those who crave it for the action RPG soul should know that Hogwarts Legacy doesn't have exceptionally deep mechanics.

Forspoken is neither black nor white, it's a mottled gray of spectacular combat and magical parkour to be experienced within a dated open world.

By betting everything on the Death Knight and its difficult but undoubtedly successful adaptation to the dynamics of Hearthstone, Blizzard ends up forgetting a bit about the other classes. Could more have been done for Anduin and company? Probably, but the risk of exaggerating was perhaps too high and we finally have our DK, so that's okay.

An expansion full of personality and interesting ideas that celebrates the Lich King but forgets about the other heroes, who in response get the best results in a meta that tastes new and old at the same time.

Those who love the traditional WoW modus operandi will be well rewarded by Dragonflight, but the expansion could have aspired to other goals with a little more courage in terms of creativity and design.

Blizzard renews World of Warcraft with a good expansion from several points of view; however who knows what qualitative peaks it could have reached with a pinch of extra creative courage.

Soccer Story is an adventure capable of entertaining those who love football thanks to many fun challenges, a light atmosphere and the constant promise of new things to come. Some technical problems, easily circumvented AI and an RPG soul only hinted are its limits, but it remains a love letter to football for football lovers.

Cunningly exploiting its own limitations among which the technical ones stand out, Goat Simulator 3 is perfect for single player or even better in co-op fooling around, has a lot of crazy customizations and proves that the devs have truly given their best - or the worst, it depends on the point of view - of themselves.
