7 / 10.0 - Torchlight III
Oct 13, 2020

Overall, I have to say Torchlight III is in an ok-ish place right now. Torchlight III has the potential to be a great ARPG like Diablo III or Path of Exile, but right now it does need a bit more polish.

9.5 / 10.0 - Genshin Impact
Oct 4, 2020

Overall, I have to say Genshin Impact is definitely a game that’s changing how RPGs can be handled, especially in the world of mobile games. It has all the boxes checked off for me as a fan of RPGs. It’s also pretty easy to learn but will take quite some time to master all the mechanics in the game, and honestly, I’m fine with that

9 / 10.0 - Darksburg
Sep 23, 2020

Darksburg is a game with plenty of potential for fun even with its challenging gameplay and unforgiving game mechanics, both of which require you to play smart. From early access to full release, this game has gone from something that “I can’t dive into” to something that “I can’t wait to play with friends.” You definitely need to check this game out!

8 / 10.0 - MO: Astray
Sep 11, 2020

MO: Astray is a beautiful game with a dark story. It’s fun and challenging and requires the player to think outside the box at times to figure out a lot of the puzzles. At the end of it all, it’s a great feeling to play and have fun. So if you enjoy platformers, unique storytelling, and something to challenge the brain, pick this game up!

8 / 10.0 - Ninjala
Jul 2, 2020

Overall, I have to say Ninjala: Gumball Shinobi is a blast to play. It does have its shortcomings, but for a game to come out the gate this polished and fun, I can see myself playing this game for quite some time. Ninjala is a ninja’s fan introduction game and I feel it does a good job. If you’re curious to check this game out, pick it up now on the Nintendo Switch eShop for the cool price of Free!

Overall, I can’t praise this game enough, to be honest. Anytime someone asks me what I’m currently playing, this is the first game that comes out of my mouth. My favorite part about saying that is that I can tell people all about this game, and possibly persuade them to check it out too. I feel once Phantasy Star Online 2 expands to other consoles like it’s Japanese brethren, and possibly even pops up on Steam, this game will take off and be around for years to come.

8.5 / 10.0 - Minecraft Dungeons
May 31, 2020

Minecraft Dungeons is a blast to play. You have all the mechanics of a fun dungeon crawler with a cute aesthetic. I just hope they add in more things to do in the game before people get bored and move on.

Overall, I have to say Dungeon Defenders: Awakened has a lot of potential. I hope that when this game is released there will be a lot larger population of players making it easier to find and complete matches. Putting time into a co-op game when there’s not a lot of people playing it, is a bit daunting.

8.5 / 10.0 - Obey Me
Apr 28, 2020

Obey Me is fun and pretty reckless romp through the streets as you slay enemies, reminiscent of the Devil May Cry franchise, but a bit more simplistic.

Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate is a fun experience to be had, both solo and with a friend. There is quite a bit to do from the game modes to character unlocks and even leveling and finding the best weapons. Yet, even with that being said, the game at times can feel stale or even daunting because of how much work you have to put into the game just to possibly find officers you like and enjoy playing with.

Kingdom Under Fire II embraced the long path of “development hell” and delivered a fun experience that should last for many years to come.

Door Kickers: Action Squad was a fun experience. It’s something that can be played when in need of some quick chaos and a bit of challenge.

Overall, I would highly suggest Indivisible for anyone who’s looking for a great experience. There’s a lot to love, from the environments to the characters.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is an awesome time to be had...The amount of content in this game is quite insane, but it’s great for those who like to have more to do than just the linear story.

Torchlight II has arisen from the depths of the shadows to compete in the race of memorable ARPGs, along with Diablo III and Path of Exile – who both have similar styles.

The Division 2 does some things great, a lot of things good, and a few things bad, but with the team over at Massive Entertainment having proven their transparency and that they are on top of issues, I can tell that the game will only get better as it ages.

6.5 / 10.0 - Anthem
Mar 2, 2019

I’ll be playing this game for some time to come and will only hope that it gets better by year’s end, because honestly if it doesn’t address the issues they have now, I can definitely see this game being forgotten fairly quickly.

8.5 / 10.0 - MapleStory 2
Oct 22, 2018

Maplestory 2 is a very fun game that has easily been my go to game for the past week now. I know there’s plans to add in more classes and also awakenings in the future, but for now, it’s the grind to the end game and gearing up for raids.

7 / 10.0 - NBA 2K19
Sep 24, 2018

I don’t see myself ever really going hard for that 99, because the ability to do that requires the use of my wallet just to get started, because grinding for VC for free is insanely slow and I think they made it that way on purpose to push microtransactions.
