STAR WARS: Knights of the Old Republic is possibly the best game in the extensive Star Wars franchise and thanks to Aspyr we can play it on Nintendo Switch in what may be the best version of the title due to its technical and graphic tweaks - taking into account which is a remastering of a 2003 game and not a remake or a modern game. If you have not played before, there is no excuse, it is the perfect opportunity to enjoy Bioware's work and may the force be with you.

60 / 100 - Aeon Must Die!
Nov 12, 2021

Aeon Must Die! It is a game that is not for everyone. It is loaded with good ideas not so well executed, and it is complex and unfriendly for the player who takes time to find out how things work. It becomes enjoyable when it is finally mastered, but you have to be patient with it, and the rhythm between action and story doesn't help either. Artistically it is beautiful and its history can be interesting, so it is worth taking a look if we know what to expect.

50 / 100 - Panorama Cotton
Nov 9, 2021

This version of Panorama Cotton was perfect for western audiences to get to know the original Mega Drive game, which, in addition to not leaving Japan, had a very limited distribution. However, technical problems in the loading of the graphics compared to the original game and its impact on the gameplay recommend leaving your acquisition on standby until the problems have not been solved.

70 / 100 - Cotton 100%
Nov 8, 2021

This new version of Cotton 100% brings us this curious and valued cute 'em up from Super Famicom to the West 27 years after its original release. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know the franchise of the witch Nata de Cotton and her companion the fairy Silk with the second installment of the series. We only have to regret that this review is so sparse of news, extras or additional content.

Dying Light: Platinum Edition for Nintendo Switch offers us the perfect opportunity to enjoy the Techland game in case it has not been previously enjoyed on another platform, or we want to do it in portable mode. This version is highly recommended, first for the ton of additional content it includes and second for its pretty solid conversion, with acceptable performance and more than decent graphic quality. Techland has done a good job without a doubt and Dying Light: Platinum Edition is a game for Nintendo Switch to be reckoned with.

65 / 100 - The Good Life
Oct 26, 2021

The Good Life is the new work by Yukio Futatsugi and Hidetaka 'Swery' Suehiro although we will see many more typical elements of the latter's games. We will have to uncover the secrets hidden in the British town of Rainy Woods while enjoying a whole country life simulator. Too bad the end result is clouded by an obvious lack of rhythm and somewhat debatable playable mechanics. Despite everything, The Good Life is worth a look, especially if we like Swery's work.

85 / 100 - UnMetal
Oct 7, 2021

UnMetal is a parody of the first two Metal Gear from MSX. A humorous game that not only references Konami's work, but also many other elements of pop culture. The positive is that in addition to a parody, UnMetal is very well done and also works great as a stealth game, so the experience becomes much more recommended.

Actraiser Renaissance is a remake of Quintet and Enix's classic Actraiser released in 1990 that became a cult game in its own right. This is the perfect opportunity to recover that classic that has received many new features and improvements in its updating, although all not so well received. Despite the controversial tower defense mechanics and the graphical aspect of the action phases, the final experience is well worth it, and we hope that it will lead to the arrival of other of the great Quintet classics.

85 / 100 - Tails of Iron
Sep 23, 2021

Tails of Iron is a 2D action adventure with RPG elements, and various soulslike formulas particularly framed in demanding combat. Despite the many RPG elements, the core of the adventure is combat, so the progress ends up being quite linear and the lack of variety of situations is accused. Of course, the combat is well implemented - with many familiar elements from the Souls franchise - and it is quite fair as well as demanding. Audiovisually is at another level for the quality and the care put by the developers. One of the indie surprises of the year.

Murder on Eridano is the second and final additional content for The Outer Worlds. We will visit a new planet, Eurídano, where we will have to solve a murder and investigate until we can accuse the possible person responsible for the crime. A slower development awaits us and with less emphasis on action, with a lot of text to read and conclusions to draw, but with a lot of house-brand humor.

Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions is a clearly focused game for fans of the Rocky movies. It fulfills as a boxing arcade -simple and concise- but where it shows its value is in the high level of fan service, reaching its zenith in a powerful soundtrack extracted directly from the franchise films and in the opportunity to play iconic boxing matches like Rocky Balboa vs. Apollo Creed.

Greak: Memories of Azur is an exquisitely crafted 2D exploration, action and platform game. With an impeccable audiovisual section and some new mechanics, we are presented with this metroidvania that departs a bit from the standards of the subgenre. Although the use of its playable mechanics is a bit unbalanced and the design of the title gives the feeling that it could offer us more, Greak: Memories of Azur is a very enjoyable game that has been on the verge of being much more.

70 / 100 - The Falconeer
Aug 2, 2021

The Falconeer: Warrior Edition presents the game by Tomas Sala that debuted last year on Xbox Series and PC, along with its two DLCs, the well-known The Hunter and the unreleased Edge Of The World. We will fight dog-face on the back of our war hawks while we are participants in a political plot full of betrayals. If the proposal calls us, and we are not afraid of some repetitiveness in the development of the missions, we will find a more than interesting game that is worth giving a try.
