There's much more to "Patapon" than one might initially imagine, and that's why the remake collection is still both playable and highly recommended. If you haven't tried "Patapon" yet, you should do so now!

"Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4" certainly impressed in our review and recreates the feel of the game "back in the day." At the same time, it offers more substance, especially in the long run. In addition to a whole host of unlockables, there are many advanced features, including multiplayer and pro options, online leaderboards, and the park editor. These should keep experts entertained for a long time to come.

Mainstream appeal is more than assured, not only thanks to Brad Pitt, but especially thanks to the diverse help functions. Compared to its predecessor, "F1 25" shows slight improvements in almost all areas, thus surpassing it. It's not a giant leap, but certainly a consistent evolution of the "F1" brand and therefore worthy of an editorial recommendation.

In the menus and career, the game still feels a bit stiff and conservative, but on the track, we have even more options to adapt our experience to our abilities. And so, while "MotoGP 25" is still far from "Forza Horizon," it offers a fair amount of options, flexibility, and visual appeal to better appeal to racing game fans. Therefore: If you want to virtually race around on a motorcycle for a change, "MotoGP 25" is a very good alternative.

All in all, however, "Steel Seed" is a coherent action-adventure with likeable main characters and a gripping story. So, if you're looking for a linear gaming experience away from the open-world blockbusters, you'll definitely find a suitable alternative here.

Developer Slipgate Ironworks will need to improve this a bit in the future. Nevertheless, "Tempest Rising" is a very welcome comeback for the classic real-time strategy game and is therefore warmly recommended to any fan of "Command & Conquer."

After testing, we have a love-hate relationship with "Commandos: Origins." The first few missions, in particular, were noticeably nerve-wracking. The occasional bugs and the unpredictability of the stealth gameplay repeatedly lead to frustration. Only over time does a certain flow develop.

On the one hand, "WWE 2K25" delivers an incredibly entertaining wrestling spectacle that, while still having technical weaknesses, has evolved in many areas. Thanks to its massive scope and enormous recognition, combined with the rich community and creative features, wrestling fans can sink weeks and months into the game.

"PGA Tour 2K25" has made some noticeable steps forward compared to its predecessor, which is now two years old: the presentation is more rounded and coherent, the career mode offers more depth and variety, and the gameplay is also impressive with the integrated innovations.

"Civilization VII" is motivating, challenging and huge - and that is precisely why it is an early strategy hit of the still young year of 2025. At the same time, we hope that Firaxis will iron out a few rough edges in the coming months to make the gaming experience even more rounded.

"Sniper Elite: Resistance" is a solid successor to Rebellion's action-stealth series. The overall concept remains consistent and the options are as entertaining as ever. The "sniper" mechanics in particular continue to impress. There are also co-op and versus multiplayer options that make for a decent package. In short: If you liked the previous "Sniper Elite" games, you won't go wrong here - but you shouldn't expect any miracles of innovation either.

Empire of the Ants isn't your typical RTS-game. Instead it's a wonderful looking experience, that drags you into the life of insects. Despite the great presentation, the game itself suffers from lackluster controls and camera-issues.

The technical implementation is good: the camera is relatively close to the action. This means you see less of the surroundings, but more of the actors. Hits leave swelling and lacerations. In contrast to "EA Sports UFC 5", "Undisputed" keeps the blood factor a little lower: there are lacerations, but they are less directly captured and celebrated. Body blows are also clearly recognizable. Effective hits are shown just as clearly as knockdowns and knockouts.

Unknown 9 suffers from technical hick-ups and gameplay-imbalances. Stealth is fun, but too easy for veterans. Handling and combat turn out stiff. Yet again, Unknown 9 can be satisfying and motivating and delivers a fresh setting.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero" is far from a perfect game. The fights in particular suffer from many small and large weaknesses, and the lack of a "real" story mode is also a pain. The episodes are more of a compromise than a full replacement. It is therefore not enough to generally recommend buying it. Because if you have nothing to do with the "Dragon Ball" universe, "Sparking! Zero" will not convince you either. available
