That being said, the game is overall very solid. It’s easy to learn, difficult to master, and filled to the brim with smart puzzles for anyone who loves a good who done it story. If you like trying to solve the murder before the end of a mystery book or try to pick out the culprit before the TV show or movie ends, you’ll dig this game in spite of its eccentricities.

I really like this game. It’s a word search puzzle that’s been upgraded and modernized. What’s not to like about that? With a couple of tweaks, this game could be an amazing addition to anyone’s library. I do hope they add this game to mobile; I would be adding it to my phone as soon as it was available.

I loved this game. It felt so incredibly personal that I could feel the emotions of Bo and Ao. They are both great characters, and I fell in love with the little apartment that they were so attached to. Also, you can pet the cats in this game. There is nothing I love more than to pet animals in any game! Overall, I really liked this game, and I think it’s worth a try for anyone, gamer or not, who loves vibrant stories.

Pathfinders: Mini Words is an adorable little game with a lot of educational value. It’s cute, it’s fun, it’s easy to pick up and play. There is a lot going for this cute little game, and anyone with kids should pick this one up. It’s perfect for a car ride or waiting around in a doctors’ office.

Overall, the game is unique and fun. It’s pretty, it’s short, and its sound design is amazing. The cards are gorgeous, the characters are well-drawn with fun costumes. Players will have fun for all 15 hours of this JRPG. That being said, the game was a bit of a letdown in the price department. Had the game been $10 USD cheaper, I would have hailed it as a great achievement and a fabulous JRPG for anyone who loves them. However, it just doesn’t feel like a $30 game to me. I would recommend this game to anyone who loves old-school RPGs with beautiful graphics and loves to replay games to complete all the content.

For anyone who played the demo like I did, they may be worried about bugs. Thankfully, all the bugs that seemed to be present in the demo haven’t appeared for me in the full game. It’s a much better experience now than it was before. This game is fun, funky, and a fresh look at simple cooking and farming sims.

Stamina in games is something that I could complain about for days, but overall, it doesn’t completely detract from the game. It’s still a masterpiece of art and video game design. With a few less bugs and a couple of tweaks, this game could be absolutely perfect. I loved my playthrough and would suggest it to just about anyone who digs a chill game with a relaxing atmosphere.

A Tale for Anna is a short, sweet six-hour game filled to the brim will hidden objects and mini-games. It’s bright, colorful, and a lot of fun. This is probably the best hidden object game I have ever played. I was surprised by how charming and lovingly crafted it was. An excellent game for the genre!

I loved this game. I love Slay the Spire and Roguebook and everything like it. I also love ancient Japanese myths. The art style of this game is so great too; I couldn’t help but love it. If it didn’t have the few grammatical mistakes I saw and the one, game-breaking glitch, it would have been a near-perfect title in my opinion.

I love this game. It’s goofy, fun, and bright. Everything in it was cute and cuddly. I loved the music, the platforming, the little animations, and just about everything about it. The lack of description of the items was a big annoyance, but other than that, I found a lot to love. There are a large number of levels, and I had fun diving into this colorful treat of a platformer.

Overall, Defend the Rook is super fun. If you like Rogue-lites, tower defense games, and even those who like board games will most likely love this little game. It’s a pleasure to play, and the Switch version is just as good as the PC version for once!

I loved this little game deeply. It was a good exploration of anxiety, of love, of distance, and the feeling of separation. Majoram and Ginger both are beautiful little characters; Majoram seems willing to do anything for his girl and Ginger is so sweet as she accepts all of his lovely little gifts. This is the perfect little visual novel tale for anyone who loves the genre!

This game is so cute that I was sad at how quickly it ended. I loved this little visual novel, and I hope to see more like it from the developer.

Overall, Num One is very well put together. I liked it; it’s fun to play and is well made with a functional and beautiful UI. The game is accessible to the color-blind and is a unique spin on the traditional matching game. And you can replay the tutorial any time you want to! If I could change one thing, I would make it so every so many matches you make, you can delete a block that’s clogging up your space, that would make all the difference to me. Super fun, very cheap, and a new twist on a classic favorite.

Based on these problems, I couldn’t give this lovely game a perfect score. I love the game. The look, the art, the characters, and everything else about it, though, so I’m going to give this amazing title a “I Like It a Lot.” I really hope these issues are fixed soon!

For what this game is, it’s a real winner. If you like War-like card games and cute graphics, this one is for you. However, it is very much just a regular card game like you could play at the kitchen table. I think the real gold here is the ability to play online with friends. I know for a fact that my parents would love this sort of game that we could play together over the distance and chat in Discord while playing. I liked this little game a lot. And for $2.99 USD, you can buy it for yourself and all of your friends without breaking the bank.

Liked-a-lot - SokoChess
Aug 13, 2022

In spite of the complexity of the SokoChess, there is a lot to love about it. I’m not usually a huge fan of these types of games because they require chess-specific knowledge, force you to play against people who are way better then you could ever be, or just aren’t fun. But SokoChess makes its puzzles ramp up in a slow way that makes it accessible. That begin said, this game isn’t for everyone. It’s a very thinky game, and you really have to be on your toes to get through some of these levels. There are very few that can be brute forced. For some, this will make the game less appealing, but for many, I feel like this will be a positive. There are not a whole lot of levels so far, but this seems like a game that could be easily added to if the devs have the time. SokoChess is an excellent puzzle game for anyone who digs this kind of niche title.

I love this game deeply. It’s funny, it’s charming, it’s relaxing, it’s fun. It’s a little slow at times, but not terribly so. I’ve had a ton of fun in my two playthroughs of this game and am not quite done with this one just yet. I look forward to yet another attempt at a perfect run in the near future. Overall, Bear and Breakfast could be a little better, but it’s a wonderful experience.

I love this game. I plan to play through as much of it as I can. There are tons of puzzles ranging from very simple to extremely difficult. I like the variety of puzzles, of pictures, and the unique additions of the co-op and the story modes. If you like nonograms or number puzzles in general, you can’t go wrong with Logic Pic.

Liked-a-lot - The Packages
Sep 7, 2022

All told, this is a solid puzzle game with a unique concept. The tutorials are well-made and well-interspersed through the game to keep from overwhelming you. The only real negative point I have for this title is that it isn’t my type of game. But if you know anyone who loves a challenging puzzle game, The Packages is a good bet for a gift.
