8.1 / 10.0 - Atomic Heart
Feb 20, 2023

Does Atomic heart live up to the hype around it? it completely depends on your expectations. While playing, there was only one thing on my mind, so much potential left unused or misused. Atomic heart is far from perfect, but when it comes to Combat, Visuals and entertainability, you won't be disappointed. Just remember that if narrative and character development is extremely important for you above everything else, you might get dissapointed.

9 / 10.0 - Infernax
Dec 25, 2022

By successfully combining different elements of classic games, Infernax doesn't suffer from issues that come with nostalgia and only use this nostalgic theme to its advantage and nothing more. That being said, lack of any new or innovative gameplay mechanic or Feature prevents infernax from becoming one of the best indie games of all time. at the end of the day, Infernax is a beautiful game with clever usage of RPG elements and a standard level design that could entertain you for hours.

God of War Ragnarok is what happens when developers actually care about fans criticism, and try their best to make some amends. in GOW: Ragnarok, gameplay has seen some important improvements; exploration and in general gameplay progress is faster, searching environment for loot is more optimal and backtracking is less annoying and variety is on another level. That being said, the core of the game remains intact. a great journey filled with epic cinematics, ample QTEs and lots of blockbuster elements. On the other hand, pacing issue is serious and over the shoulder camera make fights in the second half of game unmanageable because they are too crowded. If you liked God of War 2018, you're going to love God of War Ragnarok, but if you prefer a game that never let you put controler down then it might not be for you.

The Last of Us Part I and II, were always demanding some sort of entanglement that would bridge all events and story of both games and now, courtesy of This Remake, Two Games Are completely Connected. TLOU Part I, take the dust away from a semi outdated visuals of the first game and turn it into something beautiful and breathtaking, but disappointingly, Naughty Dog didn't implement Interesting Gameplay features of TLOU Part Two such as ability to go prone or evade in this remake. Which is a huge wasted opportunity that could have completely changed the Structure of The first game. Nonetheless, TLOU Part I, clean the old looks and visuals of the first game and gives it a new fresh body that stands out, even compared to Part II. but it's a shame that TLOU Part I combat's potentiality didn't come to life and we are stuck with a rather old school combat system, just with a new fresh look. Should you decide to purchase this Beautiful game, first consider your priorities. are you willing to pay 70$ for a familiar experience with just a fresh look? That's up to you to decide.

6 / 10.0 - Thymesia
Aug 16, 2022

Thymesia wants to eat the cake and have it. It wants to be as offensive as Sekiro and simultaneously, be as defensive as dark souls. As you expect, in the end, it fails. The game follows the environmental storytelling method, but it does not put engaging and unique elements in the artistic design of the environment nor in the enemies. That's why players won't have the motivation or the eagerness to know the history of the game's world or the enemies. The Bloodborne-inspired theme is nothing but a cheap imitation. That being said, the core of the combat system and overall gameplay structure along with some cool Skills can somehow save the game from free fall. If you are a sucker for Soulslike games, Thymesia can keep you entertained for some hours.
