Critic Reviews for Skydrift Infinity

Skydrift Infinity provides solid, enjoyable arcade-style racing action and delivers it at a silky 60 frames per second. What's there is great fun, but with only six tracks and one single-player mode it's not long before you've seen all it has to offer.

If you want a solid arcade flying racer and you feel the need…. the need for speed; then this could be the game for you.

‎This is a game that is not looking to be a triple AAA by any means and what it really offers is fun on all four sides. If what you want is to have some good moments playing in company and you like airplanes, this can be an interesting game to acquire.‎ ‎If you put all this together, they had run a story mode it could have been a game that stood out a lot more, but we can't ask for pears from the elm tree and this game sweats through all its pores to arcade game machines. Recommended if you do not want to waste a lot of time and to have a quick game without complications.‎

SkyDrift Infinity is such a fun and challenging racer that it makes me wonder why there aren't more games like it. I'm very happy that they resurrected it from the PlayStation 3 graveyard and hope to see more gems from that era resurface.

Skydrift Infinity doesn't want to revolutionize its genre, but this kind of Mario Kart of the skies is nevertheless always fast, adrenalinic and fun, with a good artistic sense and a decent variety for several hours of heart-pounding races.

I was hoping for more, but I can’t say I’m disappointed with what I got. SkyDrift Infinity doesn’t try to do anything more than it claims to be. It’s a fun-for-all ages game that will take several hours to see all the content, and many more hours in order to do everything that there is to offer. SkyDrift Infinity is wonderfully engaging and enjoyable spectacle, just not an essential purchase.

Whilst it may seem like a no thrills arcade entry, SkyDrift Infinity carries itself well with its gameplay. A kart-game-with-aeroplanes, it hits that nostalgic, high speed level of fun that we haven’t had since the early 2000’s, before everything became all boring and serious.
