All in, a wonderful title that brings back a lot of memories for those of us who have been gaming for a while, while creating a whole new ‘this is cool’ feel for newcomers. Nintendo Switch Sports is an admirable attempt to fill the void left by the Wii Sports series, but a lack of offline progression and small selection of sports means it doesn't quite reach those heights.

Each sport in Nintendo Switch Sports is enjoyable and uniquely developed. Just like its predecessors, is this a perfect game to play at parties because of the easy-to-master controls. If you're planning to play by yourself I wouldn't recommend this game, because it will feel more like a tech demo instead of an actual videogame. The new Sports Mates also lack the charming characteristics of the Mii characters, so each match will feel like you’re playing against the same boring robot over and over again.
