Critic Reviews for Fruit Mountain
Fruit Mountain is addictive, fun, and relaxing, but it hurts itself in being a bit too limited in gameplay and design. Even small, simple features such as unlocking outfits for the painter would have provided a little more to do. As it is, however, the game is good, with no glitches or problems, and presents a fun puzzle game for all ages to enjoy.
Fruit Mountain is an enjoyable little puzzle title that changes the fruit-merging formula just enough to make it stand out. With sweet visuals and a couple of modes, plus online leaderboards, there's plenty to make this one worth checking out for fans of the genre.
I enjoyed Fruit Mountain even more than Suika Game which is impressive so if you're looking for a bite-sized casual puzzler, play it!
Despite the limitations for the controls and gameplay, Fruit Mountain is still a solid option for those looking for a lighthearted, fun puzzle. Its simplicity and charm make it a pleasant experience for players to appreciate it like a tasty, cold juice.

Fruit Mountain tries to subvert this “new” game genre through visual presentation, but that's it. The same experience you have with Suika Game or some other more contained derivative, you will have in this one too. Maybe I was expecting some “sub-elements”, but I promise that my expectations are perfectly aligned and that it is still a very competent game for what it proposes.
