Stick it to the Stickman is one of those rare games that feels built to put a smile on your face and keep your entertained. It's full of strange twists and turns, not in the story, but within the gameplay itself, and it's consistently entertaining and quite refreshing as well. My only issue with it is the lack of online co-op, but it's a blast with a couch co-op friend, and it's a dream on Steam Deck too. Please play this, it's one of the best games of the year.

More than just a comedic roguelite brawler, it’s a clear reminder of the kind of game that made both its developer and publisher famous: absurd, over the top, hilarious, but also remarkably polished and entertaining.
Stick It to the Stickman is genuinely fun and delightfully nonsensical: beating people up while climbing a tower to boost profits is reason enough to recommend it.

So, has my anticipation been met? Yes, yes, it has. Although the lengthy grind and tiresome comedy didn’t appeal to me, as a whole, Stick it to the Stickman is great. With its fast-paced action, poppy graphics, thoughtful audio, and massive replayability, Stick it to the Stickman is another hit for developer Free Lives and publisher Devolver Digital.
Stick it to the Stickman is an insanely addictive game, with varied gameplay mechanics and a satisfying roguelite loop. The fighting mechanics are solid, and the attack moves are deeply satisfying. The way this game takes a comedic jab at the corporate structure and what every employee ‘wishes’ he could do for a promotion is just brilliant. Stick to the Stickman nails in every aspect, whether it is humor, combat, attack moves, level design, extra content, visual design, or the gameplay loop. If you love playing roguelites, beat ‘em up titles, chaotic games with fun ragdoll mechanics, or are simply a fan of the stick-figure art style, you will absolutely love Stick it to the Stickman.
