EA Sports FC 27 Reviews
FC 27 does enough to justify its existence and offers several encouraging ideas for the series' future. It is enjoyable, polished, and capable of producing some excellent matches, especially once its more manual approach begins to click. However, it remains an evolutionary annual release rather than the major transformation many football fans are waiting for.
"A new step toward a more skill-based football experience" EA Sports FC 27 delivers genuine on-pitch improvements—particularly through a greater emphasis on player skill and enhanced attacking movement, passing, dribbling, and physics—while "The Grounds" introduces a fresh approach to the experience beyond traditional matches. However, legacy issues—most notably regarding AI and Career Mode—hold the game back from making a truly significant leap forward; ultimately, it feels more like a polished, evolved iteration of a familiar foundation than a comprehensive overhaul of the series.

EA Sports FC 27 rewards the people who put time into it. The defending and transfer overhauls carry the year, even where The Grounds hasn’t backed up its ambition with substance.
If you’re a diehard fan, then the chances are that you’ve already ordered EA Sports FC 27. However, if you’re new to the series and have been away for one or two releases, this year’s entry could be the perfect opportunity to rekindle or spark your love for the beautiful game.
EA Sports FC 27 hasn't introduced much new in recent years, and that is actually the case here as well. Under the hood, the gameplay has been slightly improved, graphics have been stepped up a notch, and the game modes have been expanded somewhat here and there. The Grounds is cool but focuses too much on online, something not everyone will appreciate.
