A great new game mode, and the inclusion of Lando Calrissian aside, Bespin is a fairly bland DLC pack that really only serves to split the player base further.

DICE has done a fantastic job in capturing the cloud city’s beautiful aesthetic across its five maps. While only two or three of them stand-out, they add some much needed diversity to the current stock.

At this point, I'm torn on whether or not the season pass is worth it for lapsed Battlefront players who are thinking of returning. The game is coming into its own, but if you've held off for this long, it's arguably better to continue waiting until more of these expansions are out and/or the pricing goes down. For folks still entertained by the base content , it's probably safe to upgrade with the assumption that the next two expansions will at least be decent. After Bespin, I'm fairly confident they will be.

Battlefront's Bespin expansion is let down by some functional but uninspired map design, inhabited by the location of choice. New mode Sabotage also feels like a misstep. DICE's next expansion will finally take Battlefront to the Death Star – and the developers will absolutely need to up their game to match what will be very high expectations.
