League of Evil has its faults, but it more than makes up for them through its robust and accessible level editor. While it's a six year port that shows its age, it's still a great way to get your twitch-reflex platformer fix.

Seeing as there are plenty of games in the same genre appearing on Nintendo's new console and how League of Evil doesn't feature anything that makes it groundbreaking, this ends up being a game that won't cause a significant impact on most players.

9 / 10

League of Evil is a very fun and addictive 2D platforming release on Nintendo Switch. It's pixel art graphics are bright and colorful, it's gameplay is solid and controls work flawlessly, and the music is a great complement to the action. I'm happy that Ratalaika Games decided to bring us this one on Nintendo Switch, and I look forward to checking out what they do next for Nintendo's console.

It saddens me to say that League of Evil is just a simple platformer game and not much more.
