Critic Reviews for Genetic Disaster
An interesting but also simple product full of bullets and humor but also a little repetitive on its own way.

Genetic Disaster is cute and quirky and designed for co-op play, as long as you don't mind grinding to unlock the more creative features of the game.

So, here comes another little title in my lap. I can’t smell it; it’s digital, after all. Can’t taste it, so at least it has a leg up from those Switch cartridges. I felt it, however, and boy did I get my hands on it. My eyeballs touched the screen (which was a very unhealthy choice as it had dust on it) and my ears were met with a funky serenade of dungeon crawly music. That’s right, folks, I’m talking about Genetic Disaster.
Genetic Disaster is a welcome, engaging newcomer to the gaming scene that is worthy of being a part of your gaming library. The adaptability of the game makes it perfect for everything from a relaxing gaming session by yourself to a family game night.
A game that left Early Access too soon, filled with bugs, and needing polish...is still fun to play. Here's to hoping for the future of this game!
Enter the Gungeon for me was some brilliant roguelike dungeon crawling but it was lacking something important. For a title offering coop you could only ever coop with one person and they couldn't choose their class. Genetic Disaster by Team8 Studios fixes this issue with four player coop in its own level of crazy roguelike style. Just beware of the friendly fire!
