Pinball FX3: Jurassic World Reviews
Pinball FX3 shows that it has what it takes to make great movie based tables, especially when taking on the Jurassic films.
As expected, the Jurassic World Pinball pack continues the studio's impressive quality streak. The table layouts are well thought out to please both casual and veteran fans of pinball, while the gimmicks inherent to video game pinball are done well. If you're a fan of pinball, add this to your collection.
Pinball FX3: Jurassic World Pinball is a great addition for any pinball-lover who already has a huge collection of tables, or for someone starting out.
As an introduction to Pinball FX3, the Jurassic Park tables have been wonderful and provided an excellent reminder of how much I enjoy video game pinball. They're not perfect (what pinball table is?) but I really enjoyed them.
This is another strong and solid lineup of pinball tables for Pinball FX3, and a must-have set of tables, even more so if you're a fan of the Jurassic Park series. I'm glad to see Zen Studios trying new things for their pinball tables as they take on these large franchises. I can't wait to see if there will be a new table for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom later this year.
I was not a particular fan of pinball tables, but after getting the chance to review many of them over the years, I have to say that Zen Studios has won me over. Pinball FX3, their latest pinball platform, shows how much the team has improved their craft over the dozens of tables they've released. Are you ready to take on the challenge that the Jurassic Park Pinball table pack has to offer?
On the whole, the Jurassic Park Pinball collection is a nice addition to Pinball FX3. All three tables have their own flow and your favourite will mostly depend on which one you dig into the most. I found myself playing the original table more than the others, solely because it’s the one I originally had the most difficulty with. I would go as far to say that it’s more of an intermediate skill package as none of the tables are ever quite as easy to play as the Family Guy cabinet. However, that increase in difficulty did have me returning for many hours, with plenty more to sink into once I had finally finished this review.
