Critic Reviews for Lake Ridden
Lake Ridden may not be doing anything new or incredibly exciting, but it still feels unique.
Lake Ridden tells a compelling story and presents many good and complex riddles, but the game rhythm is very, very slow. Right now, there is no support for the pad.

Lake Ridden is a challenging and intriguing mystery solving game whose puzzles will test even the sharpest tools in the shed
On the surface, Lake Ridden does not appear much different from other adventure games. But it doesn't take long to see the flaws: a confusing narrative, busywork tasks, fetch quests, and a depressing and dreary world. The handful of good puzzles are simply not enough.
A mystery game with some obtuse puzzles set in a beautiful world, worth looking at but be prepared to look up a guide for help with some of the puzzles.
Lake Ridden has the potential to be one of the best games in the puzzle adventure genre. The visuals and soundtrack are spectacular. The puzzles are fun and challenging. Though game needs a bit more polish to fully realize it's potential, Midnight Hub has created a gaming experience that is worth the price of admission for fans of the genre.
Lake Ridden is an enjoyable experience. Despite the lack of fleshing out the story is a fulfilling one; the puzzles are unique and interesting despite the rather strange solutions and iffy helps system; and the manor house and its surrounding buildings brilliantly designed and sensibly reused.
Lake Ridden is a great first person adventure game, which, despite a few hiccups, is a sterling example of puzzle heavy exploration titles.
