Unforeseen Incidents is a graphic adventure in which the player can see the whole issue of pandemics and collective thinking very well reflected. His narrative style full of humor without neglecting the mystery is very attractive, as are his puzzles with logic without going through the absurd branches. Highly recommended for fans of the genre.

Unforeseen Incidents is definitely worth a try for all adventure lovers, even if the puzzles might be a bit too easy for "hardcore adventurers". Other players are also recommended to try this lovingly drawn game with an interesting story and a captivating atmosphere, especially if you haven't taken every adventure with you.

It’s quirky and beautiful, but isn’t revolutionary by any means. The story is predictable, but the voice acting, art, and dialogue more than make up for that. If they made any sort of spin off short film to this game, I think it would be a great idea and I’d support it 100 percent.

Unforeseen Incidents is a cut above the rest when it comes to presentation. The artstyle is striking and instantly memorable. The music and sound effects fit the game in every aspect. There is something to be said about the game’s slight humor and pop culture references. It is amusing to say the least. Harper Pendrell may not have the goofy charm and the 4th wall breaking powers of Guybrush Threepwood. He does, however, do a damn good job at voicing his thoughts out loud. Which is more than I can ask of this part-time electrician and part-time world saver.

Unforeseen Incidents is a smart, funny, engaging, thoughtfully-designed adventure game, probably one of the best traditional point-and-click mysteries that I’ve played in years. In story, dialogue, artwork, puzzle building, pacing and accessibility, it cuts well above its newbie-studio weight. It’s more than the sum of its parts, and its parts are all outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it both to fans of the genre and curious newcomers alike.
