Sleep Tight Reviews
Sleep Tight is a fun experience and a great take on childhood nightmares. I wish I could have been this armed when I was growing up. With fast paced action and great music, I do wish that it had different modes, the ability to start further up or to adjust the difficulty more than by simply switching the characters. I’m hoping for a multiplayer component down the line because either coop or versus to see who does better / lives longer would be amazing!
Unfortunately, this is a time when putting the cake back in the oven hasn’t really helped, or it might have if the oven was turned on. Really it doesn’t feel like anything at all has changed since the initial release over six months ago.
Lack of variety is this cute tower defence game's ultimate downfall. It builds a very solid foundation of what could have been an incredible game but falls very short in its objectives. You'll grow tired of it during your first few nights as you fight off cute monsters in your bedroom. It's still an endearing game despite its flaws and may be worth it on a sale sometime, but don't expect your pillows to explode from this.
I am not a fan of one map, same enemies and fixed forts and turrets and I believe that I would enjoy Sleep Tight in co-op more, but if you are into tower defense, Sleep Tight offers a very different environment and enjoyable gameplay.
