For a first release, this game is very detail oriented. The sandbox is fun to play with, to relax and design with no pressure, and the campaigns have tutorials to go along with them. The campaigns can be a little intense, so be prepared!
Building hospital is interesting as well as diagnose of your patients. This is very realistic game, however not so funny.

This game is not altogether a disappointment. It has its moments and even though it is lacking in several aspects, there is something sublime about it which makes me want to play it every now and then.
