Critic Reviews for Super Cane Magic ZERO
Super Cane Magic Zero will entertain anyone who appreciates Sio's style. Lovers of traditional action RPGs and the more extreme non-Scottecsians, however, may want something more.

Super Magic Cane Zero is a great little loot-em-up that offers some fantastic local multiplayer action. The random loot mechanic will keep you coming back whilst the ridiculous storyline and setting should bring a smile to even the most joyless gamer. The difficulty is a bit much on anything but Easy, but it's still a fun grinder in single player and a multiplayer gem with friends and family. If nothing else, the fun of watching your gaming companions swallow a rock that looks like Donald Trump is a unique experience.
Super Cane Magic ZERO is one RPG some gamers will be quick to dismiss, but that will be a mistake.
For those with a big couch and with three other friends to play with, it will no doubt provide plenty of silly fun. Until we get a sequel to Castle Crashers (if ever), this just might be the next best thing.
Super Cane Magic ZERO is the perfect example of how to best nurture the creativity, style and humor of a cartoonist without making a product destined exclusively to the fans. This new game by Studio Evil manages to be modern and fresh gameplay-wise without sparing tributes and citations to the gaming and pop universe.

Super Cane Magic ZERO brings a mix of cartoonish art style and absurd comedy plot to a 2D action RPG and results in one of the most original efforts of the genre in the last few years. While the game's loading times and sound components could definitely use improvements, as well as the instructions regarding plot advances, the game provides a fun experience and it encourages the players to experiment, bringing an additional layer of fun in the form of its cooperative multiplayer component.

Super Cane Magic Zero is fun. It is bright, bold, mostly an engaging attempt at doing something different. If you like the oddball work of Sio then you’ll love this. Do bear in mind that most of the game is hand crafted so there is not a ton of replay value in it.
As is currently stands, Super Cane Magic Zero is just too frustrating to wholeheartedly enjoy.
