Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska

If you're itching for a true off-roading simulator, then have a look at Spintires: MudRunner. It launched last year on Switch and still manages to provide a very high-quality experience with both gameplay and visuals. Ultra Off-Road Simulator basically looks and feels like someone saw MudRunner and wanted to copy it in the cheapest way possible. Thus, you're better off just going straight to the source.
Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska presents itself as a racing game that puts the player in courses with obstacles and meteorological conditions, the problem is none of this works as expected. Repetitive game mechanics, with very little to attract the players and with a poor and flawed audiovisual performance, Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska gives off the impression that this game should simply not be available on the Nintendo Switch eShop catalogue.

Maybe this game just isn't for me, but Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska is not enjoyable and no matter how realistic it strives to be enjoyability is more important. There isn't enough to do that's fun or even looks good enough to be worth $18.99. Even if it goes on sale I'd say it still isn't worth it.
