Tracks: The Train Set Game Critic Reviews
View All (7 total)It’s hard to judge Tracks on the standard aspects of a game, but with the issues I had with the controls (likely an issue stemming from porting the game from PC to Xbox) I don’t really want to engage with their creative mode for any length of time either
For a game featuring lifeless wooden blocks and figures on a big white void of a background, Tracks is a strangely heart-warming game – if you even want to call it a game.
Obviously, it’s not the sort of game that’s going to appeal to everyone; many of us prefer our video games to give us some kind of structure. But if you’re something of a creative and love seeing your visions come to life, Tracks: The Train Set Game provides a fantastic workspace to create some truly stunning model towns.
Tracks: The Train Set Game would be a great game if it were more polished. As it is, I can only recommend it to fellow train enthusiasts.
