The Nintendo Switch 2 might not have launched with that many games, but Nintendo is doing its best to remedy this. Donkey Kong Bananza has just been released, while a slew of fancy Switch 2 ports for existing games are on the horizon. Super Mario Party Jamboree + Jamboree TV is one such port, which promised the base game along with additional content designed for Switch 2 in the Jamboree TV portion of the game.

Now, when you hear that an existing Switch game is getting a Switch 2 port, you'd naturally assume that the game would be tweaked and improved to perform better on the more powerful hardware, especially with the increased price tag of $80. After all, that's exactly what's happened with games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and even Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, which don't actually have a dedicated Switch 2 version.
