That said, Rockstar is currently facing a potential legal battle, and more information is emerging as a result. Based on a report from People Make Games on YouTube, new details have been unearthed for Grand Theft Auto 6.
As a result of a public hearing on January 12, select outlets were able to attend the legal battle between Rockstar and the 32 employees who were fired from the company last year. In case you missed it, Rockstar alleges that these employees discussed "top secret details" on a Discord server, a claim the employees refute.
As a result of that media access, more information about the development of GTA 6 has come out, including references to a document that is "over 1000 pages long." Apparently, the studio was testing a 32-player session, and provided this feedback: "They mentioned the large session we did today being ‘too difficult to do,’ but that was 32 players.
