Amazon Luna Drops Game Purchases, Stores, and Third-Party Subscriptions | TechRaptor

Amazon Luna will be losing certain elements of its service going forward, the company has announced, and that includes third-party subscriptions and game purchases.

As spotted by Wario64 on social media, Amazon Luna's service is changing starting from today; a subscription no longer offers "game stores, individual game purchases, or third-party subscriptions". This includes signups for Ubisoft+ and Jackbox's subscription service, as well as any games you've bought from storefronts like EA Play or GOG.

If you've bought games via Luna already, you'll still be able to play them up until June 10th, at which point the games will disappear. That's right; even if you've made the purchase, you won't be able to access the games you've picked up anymore.

It's not all doom and gloom, though. Depending on which platform you bought the games from, you can still access them on that platform, so if you purchased a game through EA Play, you'll just need to download the app and grab the game that way instead.
