These days, it's not a Bethesda release without some bugs and jank, but the long-awaited release of Starfield on PlayStation 5 found itself in far more unacceptable territory — constantly crashing.
Now, Bethesda says it's aware of the reported issues that have impacted Starfield in its first week on PS5, and that a hotfix within a week is scheduled to alleviate those concerns.
It's unclear how quickly the hotfix will arrive, but given the surrounding circumstances that Starfield on PlayStation 5 currently finds itself in, it's probably happening imminently.
