Xbox's new head, Asha Sharma, has been moving quickly since taking over from Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond. The new executive quickly scrapped the unpopular 'This is an Xbox' marketing campaign, has admitted that Game Pass has become too expensive for consumers and is reportedly considering a return to exclusive games.
We also know from Sharma's predecessors that Xbox is developing its fifth-generation console in collaboration with AMD, codenamed Helix. Some reports suggest Helix will be more of a PC-lite in the vein of Valve's upcoming console, the Steam Machine, though nothing has been officially confirmed.
Though there is some excitement among fans who believe Xbox could see a resurgence under Sharma, Xbox co-creator Seamus Blackley is neither optimistic nor excited about the company's next console.
