If you have never heard of Aeolis Tournament then you are missing out; the game is a hidden gem.
Diablo II: Resurrected seemingly accomplishes what it set out to do. It’s a terrific way to introduce one of the best video games ever made to a whole new generation of audiences. The music, the locations, the builds, the memories, they all came flooding back as I put more and more time into this game. It reminded me a lot of when times were simpler in life. Diablo II: Resurrected may not quite be exactly like the original, but it’s so damn close you’ll hardly notice the difference. It’s like a getting warm hug from an old friend you haven’t seen in a long long time.
Soulstice is a dark and action-packed thrill ride with a strong story of sisterhood, and a bevy of options for every type of player.
Lunar Lander Beyond is an excellent example of an updated classic that keeps players hooked.
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is a truly magical experience oozing in charm and fantasy. The game is a worthy sequel that surpasses the original.
For a card game that ties in RPG elements as well as other features you can't help but notice that the team has found a winning mix.
Rogue Legacy on Xbox One is quite amazing and addicting.
To be straightforward this is a one-of-a-kind game that is worth coming back to even after you've beaten it.
Shantae: Half Genie Hero is a fun platformer with a lot to love. Shantae continues to prove her worth as an important character in gaming, eager to stand alongside characters like Mario or Mega Man. It’s definitely a game that will stand the test of time, many years from now as a classic.
Puyo Puyo Tetris is such a complete package and one where you can feel the love and passion crafted by the developers. It’s been a long time since a game has grabbed me so tightly and encouraged me to get better and keep coming back for more.
Fans of the classic dungeon crawler games or just fans of The Legend of Zelda, owe it to themselves to play Mages of Mystralia. It’s fun, short, and it’s made of the stuff that made us love fantasy adventure games to begin with.
I can only hope this relationship with Nintendo and Ubisoft continues, because aside from Breath of the Wild, Mario + Rabbids is the best game on the Switch.
Despite the dark visuals of the game, the future looks bright for both Light Fall and Bishop Games.
Just Shapes & Beats is a great game to have at parties! While the game has taken a few years to be developed the team has really shown how much love they’ve put into Just Shapes & Beats.
If you happen to be a fan of Yasuhiro Wada’s work and games that keep you busy multi-tasking. Then Little Dragons Café is the game for you. Those of you that are on-the-go you’ll totally want to grab this game for the Nintendo Switch.
Yacht Club proves yet again with King of Cards that they are masters of their craft, lovingly creating games that boldly mix genres and head in directions you’d never guess a traditional platformer would go. The card game mixes things up nicely, creating breaks of challenging card-based strategy in between action platforming.
If you’re a fan of the show, a fan of hack-and-slash games, and a fan of games with robust combat, Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is the game for you.
Diablo IV has done a good job of delivering an exciting and enjoyable storyline and providing hours of exciting entertainment, whether playing alone or with companions.
Chloe’s journey is strong and powerful, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for Uncharted and it’s characters.
Episode 1 has emerged from the gate strong and has set a pace and tone for the rest of the series.
