Don't let the screen size fool you – Super Smash Bros. on 3DS is a riot, and it's worthy of the name
A challenging and fascinating adventure in emergent gameplay, but not without growing pains
This sequel is a good showing for the series on the new system, but it won't blow your doors off
With the word "rage" in the name of the game, you know what you're in for. It's got all of the punishment of Super Meat Boy without the fairness or individuality
The outstanding gameplay makes any mode a blast to play, and FIFA 15 is the best entry in the franchise.
This episodic adventure succeeds in its storytelling and character development. The gameplay offering is all over the place, and often feels disconnected from the narrative flow
The incredibly dark but somehow still humorous trek through the wastelands delivers, with an excellent combat system, interesting challenges, and compelling puzzles
None of the play sets deliver big gameplay thrills, but the Toy Box is once again great fun for aspiring artists or a group of people looking to mess around
This aggressive version of Zelda can become repetitious, but there are reasons to keep fighting
Even with several missed opportunities, Destiny is enormously fun, and only gets more engaging as you play
Even if you are madly in love with the music of Final Fantasy, this has so many deep cuts that you may find yourself putting it down slightly more than the original
The dancing is fun, as it always has been in Dance Central, but a number of discarded features and bugs make this the weakest game in the Dance Central series
Hockey fans are better served playing the old-gen versions of the game
A glance at screenshots fails to tell the story; this genre-bending and innovative title is enormously fun
The Sims 4 is still fun with plenty of cool tweaks, but it feels somewhat empty without much innovation
It’s not the ultimate Layton or Phoenix Wright game, but it’s just plain fun to see these two and their respective assistants working together and playing off their differences
A haunting, atmospheric shooter definitely worth a play
Fetch's origin story hits on several of the same notes as Delsin's tale – making it somewhat predictable – but the action is always great, and the final 20 minutes of this journey are exceptional
A fun romp with an interesting crafting system that encourages all kinds of spell combining action, marred only by some repetitive encounters and minor inherent gameplay flaws
This finale gets you reflecting about who Clementine really is and how you've shaped her. The narrative is intense and heartbreaking
