Telltale's The Walking Dead: The Final Season – Done Running hits the ground running, giving us a revamped and greatly improved take on a formula they've now perfected for an adventure that makes us care even more about Clementine in her new role as the one taking care of AJ in full.

Johnny Turbo's Arcade: Heavy Burger is a game that you're going to enjoy more if you can get some human friends to sit down for some fun local multiplayer mayhem. The AI bots do a nice job of keeping things going, but having human teammates and opponents is when the game truly shines. It's weird, it's hectic, and it's fun, so be sure to give this one a go on Nintendo Switch

8 / 10 - 8-Bit Armies
Jan 25, 2019

8-Bit Armies is a fun distilled RTS experience on PlayStation 4 that has plenty of single player and multiplayer content for you to enjoy. The game is easy to get the hang of, as you split your units into group, build structures to open the way for you to build other structures and create new units so that you can keep your enemies at bay before you can go on the offensive. It's a solid entry in the genre, and one you're going to enjoy.

I love this type of puzzle game, and Pic-a-Pix Pieces had me playing for hours and hours as I took con completing each of the pieces to the larger images, as I aimed to complete all of them without using the fit option so that I could get that shiny gold medal for the final image. I'll definitely be getting the two DLC packs since more puzzles is exactly what I'll want to play as soon as I finish the last one included in the main game. Go buy Pic-a-Pix Pieces!

5 / 10 - Vane
Jan 24, 2019

Developers Friend & Foe wanted to give freedom to the players with Vane, and on that aspect, they succeeded. Unfortunately for me, this also became a major disappointment, as there was maybe a bit too much freedom to properly lead me through the story and through the experience it should’ve been.

Being able to play it at home or on the go at a silky smooth 60 frames per second, as well as with the extra bells and whistles of this special release, makes this a must-have game on Nintendo's hybrid console.

I enjoyed Not A Hero and loved playing through it again on the Nintendo Switch. It's the same great game I played just now portable. If you like the idea of helping with the Mayoral campaign of a bloodthirsty bunny from the future, then this is a game you should play today.

7 / 10 - Don't Sink
Jan 23, 2019

The gameplay look in Don't Sink is not going to be for everyone since there is a lot of repetition involved and a lot of going back and forth the many available islands as you deliver goods to and from, while also taking on one of the over 20 sidequests to complete. I had fun playing Don't Sink as I kept my crew healthy, paying to get more citizens to my town, building new structures to increase its safety and production while I worked my way up the pirate chain, saving up for that big and deadly boat that would allow me to amass a big enough crew to start conquering other islands. Are you up for the challenge?

I loved A Fisherman's Tale. I'm still relatively new to the PlayStation VR platform, but I found this to be a great example of what can be done with VR when a lot of hard work and care is put into a game. It has some really unique puzzles that have much more impact while wearing the headset, and the game tells a cool story. I was disappointed that it came to an end so quickly, but at least that means I can now look forward to what the team does next!

8 / 10 - Razed
Jan 21, 2019

Graphically, Razed is very pretty with modern cartoon-like looks, with a bright and vibrant vide and a really good level of polish. Razed is very decently priced as well, so if you’re skilled in the arts of speed, running, and plaforming, then you should definitely give Razed a go

9 / 10 - Pikuniku
Jan 21, 2019

I had been looking forward to playing Pikuniku since it was revealed as a Nintendo Switch release, and I'm happy to report that it's certainly a colorfully charming, relaxing and fun 2D platforming exploration puzzle game that I highly recommend you buy on Nintendo Switch. You'll be able to take on this adventure on your own or with a friend or loved one thanks to its local co-op, so be sure to grab the game!

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is a different type of game that brings something new to the table on Nintendo Switch. Sure, the game has been available on PC for a while now (and on virtual reality consoles such as PlayStation VR), but odds are that when you bring out this game at your next party most of those in attendance won't have played it before. The way one player is tasked with becoming the bomb defuser while everyone else acts as a bomb expert with a digital or physical manual, for a procedurally generated bomb with procedurally generated puzzles for its different types of modules means that you're going to spend hours playing this one while having a different experience every time. Kudos to Steel Crate Games for coming up with this crazy concept that works great on Nintendo Switch!

If you're looking for a good party game that will keep you entertained for a good time, then I'd suggest picking up Runbow instead, which is a bit cheaper and offers different game modes to take on for your next party.

The nostalgia factor in Super Destronaut DX is very high since, as I've mentioned before, it will remind most of you of Space Invaders, which is definitely not a bad thing! The colorful art style, solid gameplay mechanics, and the shiny (double) Platinum trophy at the end of the road will keep you very happy, and you can't complain about its budget $4 price!

Mother Russia Bleeds is an extremely violent and tough game containing strong drug references, and that means this release is not for everyone. The game is now available on Nintendo Switch, so you can take it for a spin in Portable or Tabletop mode or play at home by docking the console for some fun solo or multiplayer sessions. Let us know what you think about this game in the comments below!
