The game is easy to play but tough to master. Are you one of those gamers that can hit the top spots of the leaderboards? Then you’ll get the most out of this bonus release! I had a lot of fun doing this Dead Island: Retro Revenge since as far as bonus games go, this one is a great extra to the awesome Dead Island: Definitive Collection.

Other than a small pause when the game saves between sections, Hard Reset Redux runs great on PlayStation 4, and the bump in the graphics department to the original release can definitely be noticed. I definitely liked my time with the game for this Hard Reset Redux review, and I can completely recommend it to FPS fans looking for a new game on PlayStation 4 to try.

It was great to play Lifeless Planet: Premier Edition on PlayStation 4. The graphic upgrades for this version and optimization here and there make it the definitive version, and who doesn't like an indie release with a full trophy count? I definitely had fun writing this Lifeless Planet: Premier Edition review, and I hope you try out this game soon!

9 / 10 - Steredenn
Aug 5, 2016

By now my Steredenn review has probably shown you that the game is definitively aimed at expert Shoot ’em up players. I would not recommend Steredenn to casual players since it is a very tough game and it will prove to be very frustrating due to its high difficulty level.

Even after playing for several hours, I continued to unlock new level modes, new enemies, new weapons, new perks, and more! I definitely loved playing the game for this Super Mutant Alien Assault review, and I’ll continue to play every day until I can get all trophies for it!

Coffin Dodgers is an incredible game that left me wanting more. I had a lot of fun writing my Coffin Dodgers review and I can completely recommend that you get this quirky racing game. I loved the idea of racing with mobility scooters rather than karts, and it was an interesting change from all the other kart racers out there! If you’re looking for a fun game with a full trophy count you can get in around 6-8 hours if you’re good at racing games, then look no further because this is the one for you!

7 / 10 - Mighty No. 9
Aug 12, 2016

The wait has been long, and while the game has it's fun moments, I'm left feeling it could have been soo much more. Hopefully, the team takes what they've learned with Mighty No. 9 and applies it to the sequel I hope they're working on.

9 / 10 - Tumblestone
Aug 15, 2016

I really enjoyed Tumblestone. It has all the fast-paced action I’m looking for in a puzzle game without the annoying mircrotransaction system that ruins them for me. It features tons of fun modes including single and multiplayer modes. I spent hours playing the game for my Tumblestone review, and plan to continue playing until I can finally get that Platinum trophy. Next time you have a buddy over dig this one out for hours of fun and aggravation!

9 / 10 - Inversus
Aug 16, 2016

Did I have fun doing my Inversus review? Definitely. The game might seem short, but it has a single player component, an offline and online multiplayer component and leaderboards, so there’s definitely a lot of replay value in this release.

On a side-note, the main story (first five episodes) featured a Platinum Trophy, and the three new episodes in the Adventure Pass trophies are all awarded for regular progression, with none of them being missable, which is always great news!

Life Goes On: Done to Death is a highly entertaining game, the graphics are great, the death sounds are mesmerizing – especially if you turn it on and listen to the sounds through your DS4 speaker. I had a ton of fun playing the game for my Life Goes On: Done to Death review, and I can’t wait to read how much you’re enjoying this one on your PS4!

The one thing I loved about the game the most is the way it tries to address bullying. Bullying comes in all forms, be it physical, verbal or mental – online bullying is a very bad thing as well. I liked what the team tried to achieve, and I hope the game helps in some small way. Even if the game just reaches one child and changes his/her life, then it will be a job well done. What did you think of my Ninja Pizza Girl review? Let me know in the comments below!

9 / 10 - F1 2016
Aug 22, 2016

If you are a fan of the Formula 1 racing then this is a game for you. You can tell time was taken in its development creating a detailed true to form game for the franchise. I would have loved to see some extra beginner-friendly modes, but between the tutorials and some extra practice you will be picking it up and crossing the finish line in no time. If someone like me could have fun writing this F1 2016 review, Formula 1 veterans are sure to have a blast!

8 / 10 - Armikrog
Aug 24, 2016

I actually really liked Armikrog. As a fan of old school point and clicks, I found it a bit too easy for a veteran of the genre – though this would be great for beginners. There is a lot to like here and it has the building blocks for a strong sequel, which hopefully they get a chance to make. Playing the game for my Arkigrom review made me care for Tommynaut, Beak-Beak and the rest of the cast, and hopefully you wil as well!

8 / 10 - Overcooked
Aug 26, 2016

i really loved playing the game for my Overcooked review. It’s a genuinely great couch-coop game! Don’t try it alone however as you won’t get very far because its difficulty is balanced for more than one person.

The Huntsman: Winter’s Curse is a fun RPG and a great way to introduce people to the genre. It’s simple enough for new players to pick up and learn, especially if they enjoyed the movies. Veterans of the genre may find it a bit too easy, but you can change the difficulty if you want. If you are looking to get someone into the RPG genre, you can’t go wrong with this one. I enjoyed playing the game for my The Huntsman: Winter’s Curse review, and I hope you do as well.

In case you didn’t know, the main story (first five episodes) featured a Platinum Trophy, and the three new episodes in the Adventure Pass trophies are all awarded for regular progression, with none of them being missable, which is always great news! Unfortunately this does mean we’re not getting a second platinum for the series which would have been possible if Episodes 6-8 (and maybe even an episode 9!) had been released as a separate season.

Because of the game’s simple mechanics and despite its difficulty I do recommend it for fans of the shoot ’em genre since a challenge is alwasy welcomed. I had a lot of fun playing this one for my Score Rush Extended review, and I’ll continue to practice so that I can try to get all trophies in the game!
