Triangle Strategy is a modern classic that, despite some minor issues, delivers the best you could ask for in a strategy RPG.

80 / 100 - Borderlands 4
Sep 20, 2025

Borderlands 4 is the best game in the franchise in many ways, with improved gameplay and a good story, all in a package of changes that truly adds an open world for the first time in its excellence. Despite this, the technical side is a complete mess.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds features fun, challenging gameplay, a diverse number of characters and tracks. There are also plenty of customization options. Multiplayer is the game's strong point, with a variety of modes both online and offline. However, the single-player content leaves something to be desired, becoming monotonous after a few hours. Furthermore, the Donpa Tickets grind is unnecessarily excessive.

Despite its simple combat and complex upgrade system, Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree is a game with a lot of soul. A roguelike that places a greater emphasis on narrative and atmosphere, it ended up being one of the most charming titles I've played in a while.

The Beast brings effective tweaks that bring Dying Light back to the level that has earned it so many fans over the years. While the mission and activity structure doesn't offer any major innovations, the game is a strong indication that good things are in store for the future of the series.

80 / 100 - Formula Legends
Sep 17, 2025

Formula Legends doesn't offer anything relatively new to the genre and may seem like just another indie game trying to mimic the world's premier motorsport category, but fortunately, the attention to detail in fundamental aspects such as the charmingly light visuals, as well as the simple yet deep gameplay, make it a great celebration of the passion of fans of all generations.

80 / 100 - Frostpunk 2
Sep 17, 2025

In short, Frostpunk 2 is a brave step forward, unafraid to reinvent its own formula. While returning players might feel the absence of some predecessor's elements, sticking with it makes the sequel's depth and meticulous design evident. For rookies, no prior knowledge is needed, making it a fascinating gateway to this universe. The only drawbacks are a considerable amount of bugs, the usual (and frustrating) performance hiccups associated with Unreal Engine 5, and menus that can be tricky to navigate at times.

75 / 100 - Gloomy Eyes

Gloomy Eyes features an engaging narrative and creative puzzles. Even though it's a brief experience, its gameplay delivers enough to please those looking for a lighthearted adventure with a mysterious atmosphere.

Hollow Knight: Silksong is bigger and better than its memorable predecessor. While its "bigger" nature brings side effects inherent to its excesses, the gameplay changes and the meticulous attention to detail are important motivators that keep us persevering through the numerous challenges of a rich, deep world filled with secrets that invite exploration for those curious and eager to dedicate themselves.

80 / 100 - NHL 26
Sep 13, 2025

NHL 26 is a fun game that does enough to bring hockey titles in line with the advancements seen in EA's latest sports games. Both on the rink and in the modes, everything works well.

65 / 100 - Dead Reset
Sep 12, 2025

Whether or not to recommend the interactive film Dead Reset is not a simple task, because enjoying it depends on whether you're willing to accept certain questionable tastes. If you're expecting a production with cinematic standards, this is definitely not the place to visit. But if you're looking for fun with typical 1980s B-movie performances, a delightfully cliché narrative, and increasingly absurd choices, there's a gem to be discovered here.

Despite nailing its basic mechanics and the feeling of returning to the series' origins, Everybody's Golf Hot Shots is full of small problems that end up preventing the title from delivering something better to players.

Dragon Ball: Gekishin Squadra is a very fun title that delivers surprisingly solid gameplay for a debut in a completely new genre. As a living organism, only the future will tell how it will perform, but it's a fact that if you're looking for a deep multiplayer title that's easy to get started with, Gekishin Squadra delivers that.

The gameplay loop in Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is as enjoyable and addictive as you'd expect from a good roguelike. But its uninventive level design and the inevitable repetitiveness of objectives can, in the medium term, diminish motivation and interest, as players must stick to the theme to stay engaged in a game that pays little attention to deepening any underlying narrative threads.

85 / 100 - NBA 2K26

NBA 2K26 is another great addition to the franchise. While its focus is on small improvements, such as tweaks to graphics and gameplay, it delivers an even better package than last year's.

With a major imbalance throughout its structure, a clear lack of experience in some decisions, and the need for greater refinement, Echoes of the End is an average action-adventure game that fails to deliver its full potential despite having some good ideas.

80 / 100 - Metal Eden
Sep 6, 2025

Far from revolutionizing or innovating, Metal Eden is a first-person shooter that manages to combine the classics and the cutting-edge of the genre, immersed in an increasingly pervasive and disturbing theme. Dynamic, challenging, and exciting, it's not a perfect game, but it makes excellent use of its technical and aesthetic qualities to entertain from beginning to end.

70 / 100 - Heading Out
Sep 4, 2025

Heading Out is an interesting proposition that stands out for its themes, its uncompromising arcade racing style, and its visual aesthetic. It lacks much of the randomness that should be emphasized in a roguelike, which sometimes makes the experience unpleasant.

Combining a brutal setting, strong psychological elements, and engaging narrative, Cronos: The New Dawn represents another success for Bloober Team, although the repetition of objectives and limited variety in combat compromise the pace at times.

Despite the poor dialogue, empty open world, and other issues, Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion is a fun action game thanks to its combat and storyline that make up for its flaws.
