It’s a beautiful story about a girl who seems lost in her life who eventually finds there really is meaning, and it’s stuff a realization we can easily appreciate today.
the game is an absolute blast to play and features an impressive amount of polish, but there really isn’t enough content in here to keep it an evergreen title
$20 is a good price for the amount of enjoyment there is for Tools Up!, but given its age, you probably would be right to wait for a sale when the discount is more significant.
In the end, INTERmission is some pretty fun gaming, but it’s not worth spending another $60 on Intergrade unless you’re actually interested in replaying the game on PS5.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is a game that wears many hats, but doesn’t fit any of them quite right
Much like professional wrestling on TV, if you take it too seriously, you’ll end up disappointed.
The game isn’t bad. Is it a must-play? Definitely not. It’s an epic waste of time that I can easily recommend at a much cheaper price. This kind of game is really for a select cluster of intellectuals that don’t get crabby when it comes to trying new things.
Tell Me Why is a pretty cool experience. It had an outstanding introduction, but after that it fell flat. The lack of any weight to any of the choices there are to be made in the game make you feel like you have no control, and whether or not that’s the intention, it just makes the game feel sort of shallow.
However way you enjoy NBA 2K, NBA 2K21 offers it all and still does it better than any basketball game in the market. Now we're just hoping the next-generation version doesn't skip a beat and we see some changes that truly feel like we're in a new generation.
Battletoads is an enjoyable experience that can be completed within five hours, but it’s nothing more than that.
Destroy All Humans! is worthwhile only to the small number of people who have enjoyed the original and no longer have access to it. As for those who have previously slept on the original game, there is nothing here to prevent you from doing the same this time around.
Reknum is a game that not only prides itself on its difficulty, but also invites you to take part in that pride when you conquer it. It combat may be antiquated and it might be lacking in terms of content, but its clever level design and ‘one perfect run’ mindset keep it afloat, making for a thrilling, albeit flawed experience.
Vampyr has a lot of great features and ideas, which is an impressive thing to say about any game in this genre, but it just doesn’t hit home on aspects that make a good action RPG truly engaging.
Hell is Empty doesn’t do anything special, so if you’re looking forward to see what unique stuff Before the Storm‘s conclusion does to separate itself from the rest of the story, it’s the fact that the game gets a whole lot heavier.
...aside from RiME having good graphics, it’s tough to recommend this title at $30 ($40 on the Switch) when there are so many other great games that came out this year."
The game is worth it if sandbox creation games are your thing. On the other hand, if you’re like me and felt you would get this game based on your love of Harvest Moon only, that would be like comparing apples and oranges, and this may be a skip.
As someone that doesn’t really mind a short game, I have to admit that I was a bit dismayed by not only its length, but the fact that there really wasn’t any combat involved. At $10 to $15, it would be easier to recommend.
If you’re expecting the fast-paced action of the previous episode, you’ll probably leave disappointed.
Paper Jam isn’t a bad game, but it’s hardly a series highlight.
If you played the original GameCube version, don’t be surprised if that feeling you had playing the original feels lost in the twilight.
